T & J Kacich: We recently went to the Melting Pot for the first time in Kansas City. Our server's name was Julianne, and she was fantastic. She was extremely nice and polite, and she made our experience really terrific! She was good at explaining how everything works and made us feel comfortable eating here our first time. We would love to come back here in the future and will ask if Julianne is working when we do!
Zachthegamer: First time here. The waiter was awesome. Never been to a place this fancy before. But I was shocked when we had to cook are own food. Some say that that is part of the experience, I dunno. Definitely not my style. Also Paper straws. At a place you can easily be at for 2+hours. 🤦 . Had to get replacement straws 4 times in the course of 2 hours. But cheese fondue was great. And so was the chocolate. And the salad was really good as well.
Kathrynne R.: Absolute delight. We were there for more than three hours, but were never rushed, and the server, Michael, made the birthday experience wonderful. He was engaging and friendly. It was an odd lunch, there were more than one kitchen crashes, the kitchen messed up a few times, but there was nothing that wasn't easily fixed and nothing Michael wasn't happy to take care of. He even provided an additional (and complimentary) dessert tray!The food is always great, and the experience is always enjoyable, but the service was exceptional!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free!!!

Jessica Curran: I love coming here when I'm looking for a relaxing, comforting meal. The atmosphere is great and the food and drinks are great. Honestly, everything is perfect! Maddie Weiford: absolutely wonderful experience here with my friend and I. We got cheese and chocolate for happy hour, which boasts a delightfully affordable price. The cheese was beyond savory and the chocolate beyond delectable. My server, Isabella made my time here even better. RUN to melting pot.
