jassmine nicole: Very cool atmosphere.! I love the design of the restaurant it’s super laid back. Drinks are strong and tasty. The crab is so fresh for being in Missouri. It’s amazing. Whoever’s boiling them legs, They’re doing a good job because the crab just slides right out. Decently priced for the proportion you get I took home half of my food and only paid $40 for a plate. Great service too would give it a 10 star if I could.

I wish these places would be careful in how long they boil the seafood, because my crab meat was sticking to the shell, and I HATE THAT!!! 😫 It’s like I’m wasting my money because I’m fighting with the shell just to get some meat!! cassy merriman: My husband and I went up there for dinner and were quickly seated. We sat down, decided what to drink and what to order. We sat and waited for anyone to acknowledge that we were there. A couple that were seated after us got there drinks and placed their order. Finally we just walked out. I recommend to anyone to not go there.

You get to pick the spice level and which types of butter and extra flavors you want to put in there. Comes with potatoes and corn on the cob all mixed in the same boil bag, so the flavor is really there. I got the everything option, highly recommend. Just be sure to wear your bib!

Les Bro: Great food, great service, great atmosphere. We topped off a fun day with Pier 88! It was the icing on the cake. I have a huge appetite, and I brought a little home with me.The restrooms could use cleaning, soap dispensers were almost out, and there wasn't toilet paper. We stood there for maybe 5 minutes before I asked if someone was going to acknowledge us and seat us. Finally a girl came forward and seated us. We ordered our food which was not even that good! I order this meal every time I go to a Red Lobster and have never been asked that. When I recieved my meal, It was so blan and so Terrible! We were there for approximately an hour and 20 minutes. Michele Stiles: We took my husband's family after giving them gift cards. All of our baked potatoes were cold and my crab legs were really hard to get out. They were also cold. We were a party of 7. Our service was good but I won't be giving gift cards for the Independence Red Lobster again. My crab shouldn't have been on our bill they were so bad.

Shawna Lay: I’ve loved Lutfi’s for years living in the KC Metro. I work in Independence so I was excited when they put one in on Noland Rd. The food is great. I suggest the Red Beans & Rice which are my favorite side dish, I could just eat that and be happy. The Mac and cheese is decent but I wish it had more creamy sauce and spices. I like the Cajun spice on the shrimp which if they had a spicier version I’d definitely get that. It is on the pricier side for a meal this box of fish & shrimp was around $22.85 after tax. That being said the food is above Your average fast food spot. All in all a great local KC company to get a southern style home cooked meal.

Bless: Worst Customer Service Ever. Very Disappointed. This Location Really Needs to Get it Together... Was very Excited to eat here an I didn't even get the chance to Even enjoy my meal. I ordered 2 orders of 2 peice fish meals an only got 1 half peice of fish.. an when I asked for a replacement I didn't even get treated or valued as a Customer.. then they said they didn't hear my order if u didn't hear me u should've said something instead of be Rude. Then a manager gave me a hard time an asked if I wanted to pay for my other order that they didn't make an I told her yes an I gave them a 20$ bill but I had 4$ extra an some change she said I didn't have enough but she didn't even mention getting something cheaper or making the deal cheaper.. instead of arguing make the Customer Happy.
