Audrey Storms: I shopped at this location Sunday morning. I was wearing slippers and had a large shopping bag with me. I was wearing slippers because I usually work 7 days a week with very little time to shop, however that morning; I had time to leave work and put my slippers on before starting my second shift. This would give me an hour and a half to stop at the mall and get the hair accessories I needed to buy for some stocking stuffers. I walked in and asked the young lady working there where the hair sticks were and proceeded to where she told me to go. As I was standing there I overheard another customer speak to the salesclerk about my appearance. After commenting on my appearance she said “ you better search her bag” to the clerk to which the clerk replied “ I certainly will” I turned and looked at them and went up front and paid for my things. I thought management should know their customers are being profiled and it’s not appreciated. It certainly kept me from finishing my shopping. Please review theft and management with your team there as they seem to lack the proper knowledge or resources to identify theft.Thank youAudrey Poore

Some1yuno: My friend was upset by the cashier when they didn't want to sign up for the HotTopic rewards or give their phone number. The cashier gave them a hard time and didn't even wait to be out of earshot to discuss their displeasure with a fellow employee. But the shirts we got were nice.
Reanna: I went shopping there and I believe the manager checked me out, she had black hair and bangs, but I didnt catch her name. She asked me for a phone number for rewards and I said no thank you. She asked me a second time and again I told her no. She proceeded to get an attitude, threw my bag on the floor and wouldnt stop pushing theissue. She brought it up 2 or 3 more times, was extremely rude and i will not shop there again

Daniel Kieran: This has a lot of stuff for all goths, wannabe goths and adjacent peoples. Didn't have what I was looking for-Phased Plasma rifle in the 40 watt range- but if you need My Chemical Romance shirts, they got you covered. Covered mostly in My Chemical Romance shirts.

Kylie Wilder: The manager lady with the long dark hair and glasses was insanely mean to the new employees so much so it made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. She was super rude and would not take no for answer when trying to push sales and rewards even demanding to know if we ever shopped there and getting irritable when we politely declined. A few other customers also mentioned how mean she was. Uncalled for and not okay. Don’t come here if you don’t want to be interrogated.
Okami: Shopped here many a time, and love every visit; friendly staff, lots of amazing items, I make sure to visit here every time with my fiance when we head to this mall.

D Myers: This was a funky little shop with a whimsical, mystical flare. They carry jewelry, crystals, gems, cards, sage, incense, tie-dye apparel, boho decor and a few unusual art pieces. Everyone there was very welcoming and helpful!
Raven Lambkin: If you are plus sized, do not shop here. They will not have anything for you. The rest of the stuff is alright. I come here everytime I hit the mall and always just leave with incense. Not all hippies are a size XS

Cale and steven Simmers: Always been one of my favorite shops!!!

Parker Micheal: This place is cool and all but, when I was looking at the cool stuff I wondered further to see what else they got.....and that's when I found out I was to young for Spencer's.
Amber: Has been a long while since I had been here. Unfortunately I was not impressed. It's so small now an stock is not what it use to be. Use to LOVE this store, not so much now. Use to be able to find all kinds of really cool an funny stuff. Now it's all piercing stuff an t-shirts. Not much else. So sad for what was such a cool place.

Thomas Hackley: Spencer's Gifts - just like you remember from "back in the day", just updated for today's modern pop culture (no 'blacklight' posters here today!). Lots of wit and sarcasm on display {literally!} here in many forms, with T-shirts, stickers, cups and mugs, shot glasses, pins, posters, keychains & etcetera! Surprised to learn that they now also carry a small selection of [fairly modest] 'adult' toys and items, "in the back". A HUGE assortment of other things in the store, as well, none of which you truly NEED, but probably several of which you will WANT, once you see them and they make you smile!
