Mark Lyon: After careful review over years of using this establishment for my mower needs, I have to honestly say that, for the most part, these guys know what they're doing. I hope to be able to continue using their services in the years to come. The only problem I ever had with them was that they forgot to put oil back into my self-propelled Toro mower the last time they tuned it up. Had I not caught it before using it, the results wouldn't have been so nice, I'm sure. Still, we're all human and mistakes can be made. From what I've heard, they make house calls as wellI? 'll be looking into that shortly regarding a new riding mower I just acquired.

ly ts: Well I brought s mower that’s less then a year old they said the motor was bad and if I wanted it scraped for free I was like nooo I will come pick it up . So when I got there it was missing the cover for the filter and the filter itself and the spark plug . I had put those parts new . I wouldn’t take any thing there anymore . When i went they were about to close so I didn’t have time to check anything then when I got home that was my surprise Id give no stars at all.

Stephen King: The owner of King's , Fred ( where's Barney ) , is helpful, but a bit surly. An elderly gentleman, but a dinosaur. When asked questions regarding electric mowers he more or less said he wanted nothing to do with them. I imagine this is because he really doesn't know s*** about them and can't wow you with his knowledge on the subject. All those two-stroke motors and engines he's got in there are just going to be so much scrap metal in a couple of years. He's not doing his employees any favors by leaving the future out of his business. There's not going to be any gas motors in a few more years.

KC Festival Fam: THESE GUYS ARE OUT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU AND YOUR SITUATION. By FAR the worst customer experience I’ve ever been apart of. They took advantage of our situation THREE SEPARATE TIMES. Spend the extra effort to take your business to people who don’t have I’ll intentions.

Booker 2607: If you use your credit card they charge me a 4 percent more for using my card So I had to pay almost 20 dollars for using my card. I want be back unless my riding mower mess up before my 30 days warranty run out

Connie Roen: Would not recommend. Went there on two different occasions to get blades sharpen. First time so many people WAITING I thought forget it. Went eight - nine days later and three workers BULLSHITING with one customer for OVER 6 minutes. Walked out without them even acknowledging me. Screw this place.

Ms Barbara Simmons: Go to place for all my lawn equipment maintenance. They sharpen mower blades and saw chains for pick up next day. Have minor parts in stock for repairs, or can order most parts quickly!Employees are very helpful and patient. Much appreciated because I'm a novice with repairs and upkeep of yard equipment.My favorite part about this business isI witnessed employees going above and beyond to assist customers in some way. If it wasn't for northland feed, I'd still be working in my chain saw .... thanks for the help and expertise!!!!!

Chris Cooper: I originally had wonderful luck with them until I took my generator in for a tune up.. called multiple times for an update. They would tell me they would call me back. Never called me back.. at one time they told me the engine was bad.. again never called me back.. horrible communication skills, horrible customer service.. that was 5 years ago. Who knows where my generator is.. but I’ll never walk through those doors again.. just horrible..

Shawn Cassity: Very rude employees, went there for some warranty work on my Honda lawn mower, per "the Honda Tech Line". The guy came out and looked at my mower and was looking for some sort of impact from mowing like hitting a tree stump. He found a teeny tiny nick on my blade and said I hit something. LMAO....he just didn't want to do the warranty work offered by Honda. Nonetheless, I took it to Coleman Equipment and they are going to get it done. I'll never do business with these jokesters and I'm reporting them to Honda, they don't deserve to sell Honda products.
