Blessed L: If I could give them no stars I would, I would to go to them on a every 2 weeks basis for years I stopped for a month and lost touch with Mina the lady who I usually get them done by. There has been new Lady's that I will not trust with my eyebrows from future experiences I called the (913 ) number that is listed for all stores, the lady doesn't speak Clear English and was not a help at all I understand Safely for the employees you can't release location but as customer service you could have got my number wrote it down reached out to Mina and asked if it was ok to give a location or phone number so I could get her services but instead she didn't help at all and didnt want to help bybthe sound of her voice Had a I dont care attitude, after letting her know multiple times I only trust her with my eyebrows the lady got mad and said go else where and texted my phone number that I was blocked and to not visit any of there locations well you have lost my business. Thank You Mina you were very friendly hope you open your own business one day I wouldn't want to work for this lady.

Rah Ohio: I've been coming to Mary for a few months now and have had nothing but awesome experiences. The shop is super clean and the temperature is always comfortable. Mary always washes or uses hand sanitizer prior to starting my lashes. Most importantly she lets me experiment with different lash lengths she doesn't keep me in a box. When I have a big event coming up she'll put longs ones on me, or for my day-day look its a little more subtle. Definitely a 5 star experience and would recommend her time and time again.

Debra Denti: I went here for the first…and last time, about 3 weeks ago. Deah thoroughly screwed up my hair. I have curly hair (permed..not at Allure) I just wanted my layers shorter. Deah assured me my layers would blend together…and they totally don’t. It’s choppy and uneven and it looks ridiculous. I have no clue how she made such a mess of it. All I can do at this point, is wait for it to grow out…and looks stupid until it does. I called Deah that day and told her how unhappy I was. I went back the next day, to show her how ridiculous it looked. As soon as I walked in the door, she rushed me to a room by the back door, so the other customers wouldn’t hear how unhappy I was. Then she walked past me and went back and talked to a Stylist in the back giving a perm then came backthrough the lobby and I said hello and she kept her nose stuck up in the air and walked toward the front door and greeted two women coming in the door. They apparently had an appointment,at that point I walked out!! How RUDE! I suppose I just didn't look like someone that deserved to sit in her little preppy lobby.Very poor way to treat someone coming in to spend money!!! If I could rate her business at minus 10 I would!!

La'shana Phoenix: I’ve been here a handful of times as she is a very sweet lady and have absolutely loved the service that I received (brow threading) even left a tip for her numerous times! But over the past few months whenever I go she is never open… like never! I waste so much gas just playing a guessing game of wether or not she is open at the times it says that she’s open! Again love the services but if you need to Change your hours to only be open 3 days a week or whatever! Then do that id rather look at hours that are actually accurate than drive 20 minutes to realize you aren’t open! Oh and calling doesn’t help because it’s her personal number and she never answers and when she does it’s days later!!
