It’s not acceptable when you have to have your guests clean for a venue you paid a lot of money for. Trash cans full looked like the owner had a McDonald’s happy meal and forgot to pick up her Buffalo sauce off from the window sill, the males bathroom toilet is hanging off from the wall. What can I say we should’ve waited to have a Halloween party here because this place is definitely looked perfect for a horror house. Safe your money and go somewhere else. Unless you want training on how to be part of a cleaning crew cleaning after parties except it’s your party and your doing the cleaning in the time you booked the place for to avoid extra fees. Lucky for this business there isn’t a 0 star review!
Derricka Horne: shalonda is a trip.I overpaid this man and she never told me anything 😂I booked with this girl in July and paid the 500 deposit AFTER that is when she tell you you have to take all the decorations DOWN so be AWARE and her whole attitude just changed after that! So In my purchase I brought a throne chair that was not there. this scary looking weirdo just riding by watching people. She refuses to refund. I do not recommend! Decorating is phenomenal but that attitude has to go, ur not even cute enough to act the way you do sus!!I don’t think she go behind her customers and clean because the place was very dirty . I’m not sure if she thought I was a child but when speaking to my mom her whole attitude shifted.God don’t bless btches like u.

She refuses to refund $125 for a throne chair that was missing. You’ll also have to cut your event short just so you have time to clean up. Which is required or you forfeit your deposit. She also rides by and watches you constantly. Very weird.

Halo Horne: The place was filthy. The assets we paid for were not in place. Props were dirty. She’s unprofessional. 0/10. Save your coins. You have to fold tables and clean them after paying big bank which she won’t tell you until you pay your $500 deposit. Also, we rented 5p-10p, we couldn’t enjoy the time there because we had to clean up within the rented timeframe. She refuses to pay money back from missing props. So no ma’am take your money elsewhere.

Additionally, the day of the event I was so happy when I walked in the venue and saw that Shalonda was able to make my dreams come true. Shalonda and her team are passionate about what they do. She puts her best into everything she touches and it’s evident! I would definitely recommend the R&R team for anyone’s next event. Mikayla Winn: There are a few issues with my experience with Shalonda, but I brushed those under the rug. Online her events looked beautiful, so I continued despite my initial concerns. However, I should have followed my instinct. I gave her my deposit on 10/28/20 and it’s been radio silence since. I called, left voicemails and texts since 12/15/20. After not hearing back at all, I even sent a CashApp request for a refund of my deposit yesterday 1/14/21, to get some type of response. NOTHING. My event was supposed to be 3/23/21. Can’t even plan like I want. I just canceled it because even the photographer (Ionna Photography) she referred, has stiffed me.

Christina Carpenter: Having a day-of coordinator was a must of mine because I get overwhelmed easily. Jazmyn was amazing from the beginning. She has great communication, asks all the right questions (+ questions we never even thought of) and offers great suggestions. I probably would’ve given up on the wedding if it wasn’t for her lol. We had our caterer drop out 2 weeks before the wedding and she had a new caterer booked with the same menu and same price range in less than an hour, and the food was great. On wedding day, she was organized and made sure everyone knew where to be at what time, and had everything set up perfectly after the room flip. I don’t think I can talk her up enough.

marifer ortega: I could not recommend jazmyn ENOUGH. she was on top of every. Single. Detail. She was always one step ahead of you. She was super sweet and organized the day of my wedding. I got a lot of comments about how organized and how punctual she is with everything. She was also meeting with all the vendors and telling them where they needed to go/be. She was definitely on top of everything. She paid attention to the smaller details that you don’t even think about that day. She also made sure that we were doing okay throughout the day and making sure we got to eat and hydrate. She was definitely a GOD SEND and we were truly blessed to have had her for our special day. A lot of it wouldn’t have been possible with her!

She communicated with all of the vendors and our venue so well that I had absolutely nothing to worry about on the actual wedding day. We had quite a lot of decor to set up on the day of and she executed our vision down to a "t."During the wedding planning process, you encounter a lot of personalities that you have to get along with as you create the perfect day. For my husband and me, Jazmyn was the easiest to mesh with! She's levelheaded, organized, detail oriented, and a great listener. Jazmyn was never a source of stress for me throughout the process, and for that, I would highly recommend her!

Fortunately, Jazmyn was with me every step of the way.I told Jazmyn bits and pieces of what I like and she took that information and ran with it. She created the most beautiful wedding from a few ideas in my brain and from Pinterest.Timing can be tricky when it comes to a wedding. There are the pictures, dances, cake cutting, garter/bouquet toss, etc. that need to be timed. I was never really involved in weddings before so I went to Jazmyn, who was able to set the perfect schedule for the day to run smoothly.Jazmyn was great at directing the rehearsal, too. It did not go on for hours. It went straight to the point and everyone knew exactly what they were doing. On the wedding day, everyone did great with her cues and reminders, as well! The timing for the ceremony and grand entrance were more than perfect. You could tell that a professional was leading it.Jazmyn is the most detail oriented person I know. And in my opinion, those small details are what made the wedding go from great to amazing. She is very knowledgeable so she was able to give ideas for how to make your wedding the best day of your life. She is a great listener and will take all of the information you throw at her and turn it into something beautiful. Also, she’s great to go to when you are super stressed out. She was literally my brain during this whole process.I could go on and on about how great she is, but you should just book her and find out yourself.

We are so thankful for her being so attentive, organized, and thoughtful. We appreciated her taking charge when we needed her to so that we wouldn't have to. Jessica Rosewaren: Where do I even start about this train wreck of a business? First off, if you look at the reviews, several were posted by the owner herself (she even thanked herself for writing them). Here is my wedding experience... my fiancé and I contacted the owner, Nancy, back in October. We initially requested to use the Edison for a small ceremony with cake. We were told it would be $850 for the couple of hours that we wanted it and that we would be responsible for clean up. Within a week, we realized that we probably should feed our guests since the ceremony was at 5pm. We were then told that it would be an inconvenience because they (The Edison) would have to do the cleaning since catered food apparently makes more of a mess. So, Nancy raised the price to $1,000 and we were to have it from 5-8pm and were told that we could come in at 4pm to get ready and do some decorating. Skip forward to middle of December and we hadn’t heard anything from this business at all and we’re getting concerned. They assured us that they always meet with the bride and groom (last minute) the week of the wedding. Cool. We sit down with Nancy five days before our wedding and she basically tells us nothing and asks us nothing. I was worried but tried to have faith that she knows what she’s doing. I’m also told that week that our time starts at 4pm. That’s three hours to get ready, have the ceremony, have the catering set up (the venue is too small to do prior to the ceremony), eat dinner, do pictures, and cake. We were completely set up for failure. And by this point, our $1000 check had been cashed. I was told that if we wanted to add extra time or use any more tables, “my mom” would need to call and pay extra because “my mom” had already made arrangements with them. For the record, Nancy had never spoken to my mom EVER. So, we decided to work with what we had and hope for the best. The night of our wedding arrived and then Nancy decides to have a conversation about what the service will be like (while I’m trying to get ready). But she doesn’t explain or ask some pretty imperative questions. This leads to a very bizarre rambling about “friendship” and macaroni and cheese during the ceremony. She asked me AT THE ALTER whether I was going to change my name. She nearly announced us “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” and had to correct herself. She didn’t tell my teenage son that she was going to be asking him “who gives the bride away” (which I never would’ve wanted to be part of the ceremony) so he stared at her until she whispered to him what to say. Just unprofessional. And tacky. We then have our rushed reception and are told by Pastor Jane (who had come to take over supervising) that we had to clean up the place. That means putting up tables, chairs, taking out the trash. We weren’t even allowed to put trash in their dumpster because supposedly they didn’t have one. My guests were putting bags of trash IN THEIR VEHICLES. SO EMBARRASSING. Nancy reached out to me the following day and basically said that she did nothing wrong and that her and my mom had made the agreement that we would clean up (again, she had never spoken to my mom prior to the evening of our wedding). I responded to her and told her my feelings on all of the above and had no response. Not even an apology for the embarrassment of saying our names wrong. This place is worthless. I wish I could give 0 stars.
Zephyr Spencer: I want to preface this review by stating that my better half tends to be the outgoing, comfortable in new surroundings, excited, people person between the two of us. I am most comfortable in the exact same surroundings as always, more with books than people, and with everything planned down to the second in advance. When this doesn't happen I quickly become anxious and overwhelmed.Pastor Jane read me like a book the moment I walked in, and immediately set about attempting to relieve my anxiety. I've actually been trying to write this review for the past couple of days, but I keep erasing it and starting over because I'm unsure how to best explain just how exemplary of an experience I had during something that I expected to just be a quick signing of papers.Pastor Jane told me during the ceremony that she loves what she does, and it shows. I felt comfortable, I felt accepted, I felt welcomed. We did not have the money for an exquisite ceremony. What we had was my wife, myself, my in-laws, and a license.I walked in a nervous wreck, and walked out comfortable, happy, smiling, and confident we had made the right decision. I wouldn't trade the intimate, genuine, and loving ceremony that we had for the biggest venue in the world.If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about you, loves what she does, and wants to connect with the people involved, you've found the right venue, and Pastor Jane is the right officiant. When we eventually get the money to fly in everyone we wanted at this ceremony, and we're able to renew our vows, I already know I will be contacting Pastor Jane again.Thank you again for your time, and for the love you put into the world.

Several came apart minutes after making them, I retied my daughter's so it wouldn't. The princesses just sat with one child and didn't go around at all. They were kids themselves which is fine but if it's a party for kids we need some confidence princesses so actually be involved in a kids party. It was supposed to last until 5, 3-5 pm and by 4:30 the organizer was like ok we are done. It was cute inside the tiny room but not worth the money by any means.

We started our planning with Bryan and he gave us all the tools for success. Vendor recommendations, a thorough tour and guide to make our wedding day go off without a hitch. We then met with Andrea, and she attacked our wedding planning with a sense of urgency. She was very helpful with getting things on our checklist completed. Our photographers, Poemas De Barro said that the timeline that Andrea helped us make, was the best they had seen. For the day of the wedding we were assigned a Cordinator, Holly. Holly, took the stress of the wedding day and crushed it. She did an amazing job of handling little things, assisting the wedding party, and taking care of our vendors. Her organization skill’s definitely allowed us to enjoy our wedding day stress free! The venue was gorgeously dressed from inside and out, each table was designed according to our meetings, and no detail was left out. My feet are still sore from the amazing music that was played by our DJ Bryan, and in a nutshell, he threw it down! The Rhapsody is highly recommended and our day was very special and will be raved about for years!

C&E Davis: Words can't truly describe how privileged we felt choosing The Rhapsody as our wedding venue. Every single service they provide has the couple's end goals and success in mind. They are punctual, available, and organized. The value of choosing them is basically endless as they provide many of their services in house, like flowers, DJ, Photobooth, a wedding day coordinator and decorations. Each of these items took stress out of our planning process and allowed us to just really enjoy every second of the day. We could not have felt more appreciated and supported through our entire time. They even provide monthly workshops to go over wedding details like timelines, recommended vendors, and extra amenities. Special shoutout to Bryan who organizes and usually runs these workshops. Our day would not have been as perfect and flawless without him! He even provides DJ services for the day and kept the entire reception flowing and partying the whole night. We adore everything The Rhapsody gave to us throughout the entire wedding process. Could not give any higher of a recommendation to go book with them!
Mackenzie Leochner: The Rhapsody was fantastic from start to end. The venue is beautiful, clean, and up-to date. My husband and I had thought we were set on our wedding venue and only went to the Rhapsody because they had spring dates available still, by the end of the tour and conversation with the owner, Bryan, we booked our date! The communication was quick and they answered any and all the questions (even the silly little ones that pop into a stressed out brides brain). A huge pro of this venue is the staffing, they take care of most decoration/set-up, music if you chose the in house dj, and the day of coordinator. You wont find that type of staffing at another venue, or at least in a venue that is reasonably priced. Seriously, the best venue!!! I will be suggesting to all the soon to be engaged couples in my life.

Steph Rupp: Mal and her team at Wildly Yours Weddings are the absolute best. They worked so hard to fully make our wedding day about US. Uniquely us.I had a lot of specific visions and a lot of anxiety (haha) and they made me feel taken care of every step of the way. I'd email them just to say I was stressed, and they always knew what to say. When I threw a huge wrench in things half-way through planning, Mal handled it incredibly well and supported me 100%. I made things a lot more stressful and busy for their team, but you would have never known there were complications because of how they managed everything. So impressive.When I did let go of control, Mal knocked the design and strategy out of the park. I trust her fully and you should, too! She is incredibly talented. The tables, florals, and seating chart were some of the best things out there.My favorite part? They'd hold my wine glass for me and pass it to me so I could enjoy myself while getting photos/socializing/etc done. :)The entire day was perfect.

Amanda Meeks: I can't speak highly enough about Mallory. I was a lazy bride and didn't want to do any planning (I do a lot of travel planning in my day-to-day and I just didn't want to plan this). We did a destination microwedding and Mallory took the reins for the whole thing. I gave her the vibe, style, and budget we were going for and she was able to work her magic and make it beautiful. Also, our tiny wedding was during COVID times and her background in healthcare came in super clutch. I can't recommend her enough for your day. I'll hire her for my second wedding too. ;) (If you're my husband I'm absolutely kidding, love you the most).

It did take some convincing from my fiance because he was already overwhelmed by how much weddings cost, but if you ask my penny pinching now husband he will also tell you that Mal was by far the best investment. Mal truly went above and beyond. She is so detail oriented, organized, professional, and just hands down one of the best people you will ever meet. We are so grateful for everything Mal did to make leading up to our wedding so smooth and stress free. She made our wedding day go seamlessly and amazing. Our favorite memory of wedding planning will always be working with Mallory. Thank you again Mal for everything!!

From our very first consultation meeting before even booking the vibe and security I felt from Mal was unbelievable. As I was explaining my very early on vision and ideas for my day she was already going above and beyond giving feedback and ultimately giving vendor recommendations that we ended up going with. taylor gerlach: I cannot recommend Mallory (Wildly Yours Weddings + Elopement) enough to any bride or groom currently planning their wedding or elopement. I was a COVID bride, which means we rescheduled two different times. Mallory went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I felt prepared and reassured with all the changes that were made. She handled all the vendor/venue rescheduling and even was able to negotiate some deals that prevented us from losing money. Huge win! She also was able to turn my Pinterest board into a real life dream for my wedding and reception. I could not have imagined anything more perfect. Outside of that, Mallory became a friend throughout the process and was there for me anytime I needed her. I could not have had as successful and perfect of a wedding had Mallory not been involved.
