Matt Huffman: Please fix the app so you can order. Every time it just says "call" but every time the counter will be slammed with people so you are on hold forever. I still have no idea if you have 407c because I can't get through.
Lawrence Pollard: My 76 year old mother lives near the Independence office. Her capacitor went out...it was 90 degrees in her house. She is a cardiac patient, quintuple by pass and breast cancer survivor. Stuck to their guns about wholesale only. Directed us to Kansas for a capacitor. I fully understand freon...full units...but come on...for simple parts in emergency situations? Read a similar post but only in the winter. Mankind has become so horrible to each other! Zero compassion and empathy. Needless to say I crossed paths with a person who restored my faith that the average hard working people make the good in the world! He will be repayed 10 fold I'm sure.
R Cantor: Totally understandable that they won't give out pricing without an account but they won't even tell you if a part is available unless you go through the time and trouble to fill out their acct paperwork. They're not trying to win hearts. With this kind of policy before you're even a customer I can't imagine what other unhelpful policies they'll spring on you when you are a customer.

Jimbo Nice: I always love coming to this place. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. It is one of the few supply houses open on the weekend. I also like that they are closed to the public and have more time to work with the contractors that have accounts with them.
Tim Roberts: I have been in the HVAC business for 25+ years now, and I have been buying from this store for the last 6+ years I appreciate Brandon and his guys, the fact they have Saturday hours is helpful too.No offense to anyone else, but I am glad that they quit selling to the public. For me time is money and if I am stuck standing in line behind someone that doesn't understand what they need etc... It hurts me and my customers. Also it can give quality equipment like Goodman a bad name when it is improperly installed by unqualified people.Thank you guy's for all your hard work!

Richard B: Woke up Saturday at 5am 15 degrees out side 55 in my house. Call a friend who owns his own h/c business he comes out and finds problem. It’s a safety switch call Johnstone because they are the only place open on Saturday and they have the part then tell me they won’t sell it to us because we don’t have an account thanks a lot now I get to freeze til Monday when trane opens. Unbelievable 15 outside and these guys won’t help me out.
Diverguy: They usually have what I need. Open on Saturdays is a huge plus! Be advised they will not take back any electrical parts on a cash only account. You buy it, and it's yours! Know your part is bad before purchasing a replacement. Other than that, decent bunch of guys at the Independence store. Great selection, and Goodman is great equipment. Stands with the best of them.
