Four Foundation Repair companies later, I had estimates for repair ranging from $9,000 to $22,000 and I was convinced that my house was imploding. I decided to call PST Engineering because, if I was going to spend between $9,000 and $22,000, I wanted to make sure that I was fixing the right thing. When Frank came to my house, he thoroughly inspected my house, but, in the end, he said my house looked good. My walls had some cracks, but that's normal. He said he did not think it was necessary to spend any money repairing my foundation at this time. He said I just needed to fix the gradient of the dirt outside of my house and keep my gutters clean and that should fix the water coming in my basement. I cannot recommend Frank with PST Engineering strongly enough--if you get any foundation work without consulting Frank first, I guarantee you that you are throwing money away unnecessarily!
