James Hedrick: Absolutely the worst. I have heard every excuse imaginable from, our engraver is broken to our boom truck broke. In the beginning they lost receipt of my down payment. They have been telling me for a month now that they are working on it and will have it done in a week. For the last week I've been told it was going to be installed only to come up with a different excuse every time I call. I would not recommend this company!!!
p t: Hard to get ahold of once they receive full payment. Waited over a year and a half for it, just for it to be done wrong. Do not waste your time, go somewhere else.
Jermy Fuimaono: Waited for my brothers Stone almost 2 years. My sister in law said the lady there was very rude everytime she would contact them. And they made the stone wrong and refused to fix it. I recommend if your getting a stone for your loved ones go somewhere else. Horrible place to do business with. And you put my brothers tombstone on backwards how the hell can you do a horrible job like this. What a disappointment of place .

Christina Bernstein: Absolutely the worst people to work with. They were great at first when getting our business......and here we are a year and a half later and they do not return any calls or emails. They STILL have not installed my dad's photo in his headstone. They lied to me in August and said it would be installed at the end of the week. We paid in full right when we were informed the headstone had arrived to their place of business (late July). The headstone arrived 4 months later than they told us it would arrive, and they never once called to give us an update. My family had to call and email for updates constantly because they never returned calls either. They are the absolute worst. Don't waste your time and money, they do a terrible job. Your loved ones deserve better.

Nina Howard: I had a beautiful set of pearl earrings and a pearl ring that I had gotten for my 55th birthday. Unfortunately I couldn’t wear the earrings because the stems were just a little short and the pearl in my ring seemed to be loose. So for ten years they both set in my jewelry box. About two in a half weeks ago my granddaughter took one of her rings into the do tug of a new replacement stone, it was absolutely beautiful! Then she suggested that she take my two pearl pieces to the doctor and see about getting them fixed. I really didn’t have much faith in them as I had taken these same two pieces to another jeweler to no avail. I was sadly mistaken! The Jewelry Doctor is top notched. Not only did they fix them, but took their time and did them perfectly! They will definitely be my go-to moving forward!

He measured the existing watch band and showed Me the watchbands that would fit. I chose a black one. He removed the existing band and replaced it with the one I chose. The Young Lady there put the watch around my wrist to fit comfortably. I'm Very Pleased with these two. I will recommend Jewelry Doctors to friends and relatives. Thank You for Your service!
