I don't understand where these people get off on hanging up on you continuously and being so excruciatingly rude from people asking a simple question like what is the correct phone number for me to call? I tried to call back and ask to speak to a supervisor and she said that "you should have known better young lady that the number is obviously wrong" I'm sorry if you have a number listed that is incorrect that is not my fault that is yours and you should be fired or at the very least join some sensitivity training and learn not to hang up on people.
