I am a male-to-female transgender and I am also a redhead and the reason I point that out as because redheads naturally have more sensitive nerve endings thus pain and discomfort can be a real issue especially when dealing with things like electrolysis. When I started going and getting electrolysis done I didn't originally start with Melynda. I jumped around the KC metro area trying to find an electrologist who had good technique, modern equipment, and was able to work with me in terms of comfort without sacrificing results. I requested an available date and did not get a response so I went online to schedule and the appointment was declined with a response she was booked until 2:00 so I went back online and tried to schedule that day at 2:00, when she said she wasn't booked. I am not sure how that is insisting I get in, to me it was just an attempt to schedule an appointment. I would have been happy to schedule at any time. I only requested an appointment be scheduled which is why my review said poor customer service and response rate. I have it all documented if you would like to see. I found 2 very cordial and responsive electrologists.

She is beyond professional and kind. I am a transgender female and need to have complete hair removal done before Gender Confirmation Surgery.
