Ashley Deschenes: My heating element went out in my dryer on a Saturday. They stayed open an extra 15 mins for me to get there and get the part so I could finish laundry for 5 kids. He even tested my element to Ensure I was replacing the correct part.

Even though they did not have the parts I needed, they directed me to a store that did, gave me that store's contact information, and even gave me part numbers, all while knowing I wouldn't be purchasing anything from them today. Sean Crahan: I called them on a Saturday morning looking for a part for my dryer. Unfortunately they did not have it in stock. Without any prompting from me the sales person went through his database and found the part for me at a competitor near my location that had it in stock and was open on Saturday. That is some truly amazing service. I wish Appliance Parts Central had the part I needed because I really would love to have spent my money with them. There are several appliance repair parts stores closer to where I live but Appliance Parts Central will be my first call from now on. It will be worth the extra drive to patronize a business that offers this kind of service. I also appreciate that on their Google maps listing they note that they are LGBTQ+ friendly. While I am not LGBTQ it's very important to me that everyone be treated fairly and equally.

Dani Bara: Service was good, price seemed a bit high. Didn't need the part after all. Wasn't allowed to return because the part was shipped to the store. You should add that information to the receipt. Or at least inform the customer. I'm okay with paying a restocking fee or shipping. That didn't seem to be an option.I wish the communication would have been better regarding a "special order" at the time we spoke. If I would have know the part couldn't be returned, I wouldn't have order the part. Seems ridiculous the part can't be returned.

Timothy Owings: Ryan and Bryce are the best, great customer service. If you need it, they have it or will get it for you. They have a large selection of electric supplies on hand. They can deliver and they are open on Saturday.
Lucas Borntreger: This is bar none the best CES around. My fault lies more in the company as a whole and less in this particular branch. Not all stores carry the same stuff and some are priced completely different. So, if your a service company and go to another branch make sure to pay attention to the price you actually pay for stuff. This branch seems to have the best stuff and is prices very fairly but use caution when making your order from another branch.
