I am opening a daycare center and I came to the Lakeshore store for the very first time and with my one and four year old earlier this week and since then we have been back three times. On my first visit Sandy the store manager allowed me to shop while making me feel comfortable allowing my kids to play. We had fun filling about six carts. Her team Barbara, Renee, Derick and Patty truly went above and beyond. I decided to come back today for the Kids Quest and the entire team was absolutely amazing. They were all so patient with the children and made the activities so fun. Kay McDonald: I called Lakeshore Learning customer service today about an issue I had with a package that was shipped to me missing a few items. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I ever expected them to do. Let me just start by saying I ordered these things back in July for my daughter whom is a teacher for Christmas. I never opened the box until today when I started wrapping presents. When I opened the box I noticed that it was missing several items. I immediately called customer service to see if there was anything that could be done but like I said I had ordered these items back in July so I really didn’t think that they would be able to help me. There was no issue at all, as soon as I told them what had happened there was really no questions asked they apologized for the mistake and said they would send the items out right away. I was blown away at how awesome the issue was handled. They were extremely helpful friendly and eager to fix the issue right away mind you like I said that I had ordered these things 5 months ago!! Thanks so much Lakeshore I will be shopping here a lot more in the future!!!! Your the best!!
