Chris See: Go here at YOUR OWN RISK. If you are shopping for something to go on your body for life I would avoid this place. Not all tattoo artist are created equal. Nice enough people here and everything but DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU CHOOSE AN ARTIST! The owner was not nice after he asked me to call back when my review posted and my tattoo is not detailed or well done.

Kimberly G: Drake was amazing! I was honestly nervous at first by everyone's attitude at first, only because they are way more laid back than most places I got quotes from. He asked for a deposit, which I totally respect when making an appointment. When actually getting to the tattoo, he free hand drew it on my arm with a marker, let it dry, and then started the line work. He was so amazing the lines were so straight and spot on to what I wanted actually above and beyond what I imagined as I gave him an idea I had and some pictures of reference. He let me have a break after the lines were all done, which was great as it's on my right shoulder, and I was lying on my side. Short break and back at it and finished up with color. All in all, it was about 4 hours total, including setup not bad at all. He asked for 50 less than the budget I gave him, which was completely fair. I appreciated the time he took and the work he did. It's by fair the best tattoo I have, and I will totally go back to him for future stuff. Thank you, Drake. I will be back!! I took a picture of the tattoo before he colored it, so I'm posting that too. The finished one is a bit hard to see because of the wrap on it, but once it heals, I'll try and update with a better picture. I'm sure it will heal quickly as it's small lines and minimal color, which I'm thrilled with!

Every time I go, the piercer always explains every step of what they're doing as they do it, so I always know what's happening. They go over cleaning, healing and ask if I have questions multiple times before any piercing tool is even seen. Picking out jewelry is super easy and fun. Also, every thing is sanitized! Same goes with the piercing rooms. The selection they have is beautiful & the atmosphere is relaxing & welcoming! There may be some accessibility issues with entering for wheelchair users if I remember correctly. There are short few steps as you enter. However I feel the staff would be eager to make an accommodation happen based on expirience.As someone with a bleeding disorder, there are certain precautions I go through with piercings. The staff was knowledgeable & prepared for a such clients, all while making me feel welcomed & in good hands! They calm all nerves through education & how positive and wonderful the team members are! Will be returning here & highly recommend!!

I'm so glad a friend recommended Supernatural to us. Clay was fantastic with my daughter. So great. He put her totally at ease while also letting her know she was in control and could change her mind at any point. Instructions about caring for her new piercings were thorough and everyone was so kind that I wouldn't hesitate to reach out if we had questions or concerns later. The shop was meticulously clean. I was so impressed with everyone and everything about this shop.

The reason that my review is so low is because I asked to have jewelry changed in 2 of my helix piercings because they had previously been pierced with silver and I wanted titanium because they were not reacting well. The piercer happily obliged and I got 2 new pieces of jewelry and he replaced them for me and assured me that they would be much better for my ears. He assured me that the posts were long enough even though I was worried about it. 2 weeks later I had to go to the doctor and have them removed because the posts were not long enough and the tissue in my ear had grown over the jewelry. One year later I am stuck with 2 huge lumps of scar tissue in my ear and a horror story of how a piercer wouldn't listen to me. I am afraid to use the jewelry because it is too short for ANY of my piercings, even the completely healed ones that I have had for years that are in the thinnest part of my ear. I would recommend going here as long as you are willing to argue with the piercer.Service:Ear piercing

nayomi large: Went here because of the reviews. I have never seen anyone at a shop work like Butch. The guy was nonstop with all the people getting piercings. I was there like 2 and 1/2 hours and let me tell you he never even stopped for a break. He was super down to earth and gave information to you depending on the piercing. This guy is absolutely amazing at what he does. This is the only place you should go if you are trying to get a piercing.
