samantha Mills: Obviously the staff here need to be trained to be aware of children with disabilities and not be rude and disrespect to the parents of them. My son pulled his shoes off in the store, having a tantrum and the clerk rudely said "next time he needs to have shoes on." To which we explained he had his shoes and just took them off. He stated "It doesn't matter, he can't be in here without shoes." So I picked him up and carried him outside to the car with my other son while my boyfriend paid. Needless to say we won't be visiting this store again.

Jennifer Gray: I wanna give a big shout out to Brent (Manager) at the Sterling location in Kansas City!!!! My husband and I saved up for awhile to finally b able to get our daughter a Playstation 4 for Christmas. And when we purchased one it didn't work....we were so worried at what to do...Brent made sure to make it right....and my daughter has her Playstation 4. She is so happy and so are we. Thank you Brent for making sure we could make our daughter happy 😀😀😀😀

Ben Moss: Great store for nerds and geeks alike! Great selection of pops, video games, and toys. The crew there were extremely nice and helpful. When I couldn't find a movie I asked the clerk Will if they had one at a different store. He never once made me feel like a burden. Michael was also a major help to me and made sure I was taken care of. All around a great place. Definitely coming back !
James Sanders: I go in there every few weeks thinking they might start doing more with sports and football more than others. But I collect all types. Every time I go in there is less than the last time I was in. Last time I was in there was a few stacks of videos covering that part of the cabinet. This time completely covered with stacks of dvds
Mojo: Terrible customer service, the kid seemed very apathetic, very little acknowledgement and won't even look at "you"...found a game online that said this location had in stock, first i looked myself and couldn't find it, so I asked him to help, after verifying it was in stock on the computer, he didn't even look at the products himself. "Oh you didn't see it, then must not have it, this computer system isn't always accurate." Wow. Decent store to kill time if needed, but I wouldn't suggest spending money there.

Kenny Connors: I was stoked that I found a super rare game I had been looking for. The girl at the counter barely looked for it (I watched her skip multiple game packages in the drawer), the other guy at the counter did the same thing when he looked. The manager came up and asked what the issue was. We explained it to him, then he proceeded to tell me that this location wasn't his store and he wasn't going to look for it. The girl then proceeded to say that she wished the store would burn down. The employees are a bunch of knuckle daggers and mouth breathers. Save your time, go to the liberty store.
Tracy Johnson: Always fun to go in there and see/get some great finds. Love going to see if they have new "Cards Against Humanity" expansion packs (along with other versions of that game). Their movie selection is phenomenal, they're reasonably priced, always nice and friendly. Always get greeted as I/we come in. Can always find great birthday and Christmas gifts for my nerdy kids. (Lol). Their music selection is pretty good, too. This is the place to go for Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemòn Cards and used controllers etc. Very huge variety of stuff.
Sulema Gonzales: Big guy said he would check to see if another store had the game we were looking for. Continued to do what he was doing and never checked as we wait for awhile to see if he would.
nichole stewart: Went there 2 times the first time It was a great experience. Friendly walked out with sum money. 2nd time the guy took a hour on looking the cards up and when he was done he said 20 on 400 dollars worth of cards thats crazy. My man loves his cards but has to sell them because sumone stole our car out of the driveway we had the car locked and the keys no help from the police .

Jacquelyn Gibbs: Nothing but problems from this pharmacy. They don't fill prescriptions on time and then blacklist you for having the audacity to express anger about not having prescriptions filled.
Liza Woods: I am never using this minute clinic again. Wow, the most judgmental, dismissive doctors I’ve ever dealt with, and I’ve been to quite a few hospitals. Quite pathetic you all hire doctors and nurses with zero bedside manner. Zero stars

ayrica guzouskis: The workers in this store will discriminate against u and I have seen it first hand also havd been told by numerous employees they are treated poorly if they don't follow a certain group of people through the store when they are shopping. I've also been referred to by the manager as the shim guy as I was told by numerous employees. Very judgemental and just rude to say the least.

You sold out and became like the others stopping your 24 hour service! Boo! The Noland Rd 39th St.CVS employees are nice, always have been,BUT...BUT, honestly, at the other CVS location (24 & Sterling) that I also sometimes use thats never been 24hr service but just closer to me, those employees are rude. Robert Smith: I started using this pharmacy because it was a 24hr pharmacy and now with stupid hours I have to wait for opening time to pick up, I will have to transfer my scripts to another pharmacy now closer to home and they will just have to lose a customer. Good service but said my inhaler was discontinued but my doctor and hospital says it's not.

It was a great experience spending the evening in the emergency room and having prescriptions sent over by the doctor that was very important for me to start her on the same day. Just to be told by the pharmacist she won’t be filling this today, happily went over to Walgreens and had my script in 20 minutes. So honestly I would send your scripts anywhere but there
Chris Niece: Pharmacy staff is rude been wait on a script since Friday it is now Wednesday and still not done. Other scripts from that day or later are already done even had the doctor's office call and confirm it. I'm to the point where I'm going to take my scripts else where.

Patti Gilbertson: It was a mess!!! It was all self check out and there was a line clear back to produce. I've never seen anything like it. Probably will not go back to this store again.

Tangy Gleets: This store sucks. There are some good workers here, but they are not involved in customer service. Any other WalMart does better than this location. It's the staffing.

Elvin Robinson: Employees aren't helpful at all and will watch you at self checkout to make sure you don't steal anything. It may be a bit of a drive and more costly but I recommend going to the Price Chopper on Blue Ridge in Raytown. The employees there whom are mostly black are cheerful, nice and helpful.
