Walker M: Spent a total of $525 only to receive an “empty” trailer. Only was offered 40 bucks for someone’s else’s junk. couldn’t even get it in my driveway as i requested. I firmly DO NOT recommend renting a dumpster here. Unprofessional penny-pinchers. They also claimed the junk was ‘frozen’ as to why it wasn’t cleared. Does this look frozen to you?

It was dropped off on Friday around 9:00 am, picked up Monday am before 8:00.(According to my math that's three days)Was planning on finishing my task on Monday morning but could not. Contracted the company and they returned the dumpster and I was able to complete my project. Despite the initial misunderstanding I am very pleased with Rothwell.
Megan Lee: I rented a dumpster on a Saturday and filled it up the same day. It was a 4 day rental and they were supposed to come back Tuesday to pick it up. Sunday morning when I woke up I realized that it has been gone through and stuff was tossed out all over my yard. I picked it all back up. On Monday I returned home from work to see that someone had gone through it again and thrown the things all over my yard. I called Rothwell 1 hour before they closed begging someone to pick it up so I didn't have to clean up my yard again in the morning. They told me all their drivers were busy or out for the day, but said they would try to figure something out. Thirty minutes later, they had someone out picking it up. Cannot recommend this company enough. Great customer service and has the best prices in the area.

They were timely in arrival, took great caution when unloading the dumpster (including putting it on wooden blocks to protect the driveway) and we're also very cautious and careful when picking up the dumpster. I requested the size I needed for the exact cost shown (no added fees were applied later, like some disposal companies), and specified the date for drop-off. Molly, soon thereafter, called to verify my account information as I'm a repeat customer. It's always so great talking with her. She knows her product, the rules and regulations of said product, and is personable when conversing over the phone. The dumpster was delivered while I was away from the house, nicely placed so that I'd have easy access around all sides of the dumpster, and was picked up at a time requested since we were having photos of the house taken on the day of pick-up. Molly made it so easy to call and asked questions that felt awkward since they felt common knowledge, but she took time and used her patience with me. She also made it easy to request an earlier pick-up time. I can't thank Molly, Mr. Sullivant, or Bin There Dump That for all of their help, their excellent customer service, and their easy-to-work-with and extremely organized process. I'll never go anywhere else for my disposal services!
