Jeffrey Kantz: I'm a construction mechanic that had a crane down and the boom creeping into a highway. The service department helped me by phone to get power returned to the controllers and stow the crane. They are very knowledgeable and were patient with me while I checked voltages. I can not say enough about the operation. No joke when they talk to you they smile. great attitudes! Just regular guys like most of us. Ever go somewhere and the workers think they are going to talk to you like a child? Not these folks they HELP you and if they can not they guide you. They want to help you. Mat at the used parts let me borrow a screw driver like no big deal of course it is not but the other places made it into one. The 7.8 Ford diesel has more power than it ever had now.

Beau Fisher: Corey sold me a 2014 volvo last week that didn't even make it up the road 100 miles before throwing codes and going into derate. The owner claimed he put new filters and nox sensors in the truck and assured me there was no way to delete a volvo and they even got it to regen lol. The volvo shop took the side covers off pulled the scr and wouldn't you believe it none of that stuff is even present. Corey is a liar and I would recommend 100 percent going else where. Which is a shame , because I heard great things about his father in laws company. It won't have that great name here soon with him running the show. Will be following up with any one and everyone else that would love to know Missouri truck sales lies about emissions tampered equipment.

I delivered the truck to Cory in Kansas City and had to drive a rental car home. Cory drove me and all my stuff, including my mini Aussie, to the rental agency. Everyone associated with Missouri Truck Sales treated you like an old friend, I don’t think we could have had a better experience anywhere else.

Jay Grisafe: The salesman jason Waller went above and beyond to make the purchase happen for me. After the purchase, he is still working with me on a couple issues. He always answers his phone or returns my calls in a very reasonable amount of time. I haven’t ever met a salesman that’s willing to get his hands dirty to make a customer happy. Alex Cox: Nicest guy in the whole place was the older gentleman picking parts in the warehouse. The salesman inside did not care about customer satisfaction and he tried to make it clear I was in the wrong. They pulled some used parts for me and didn’t include the hardware to mount to my machine, so now I have to spend time running down correct metric sized hardware. This is not a situation in which the original hardware would have been destroyed when removing the part either.This would be like when we were kids, my friend and I had the exact same bike, but his had a cool bell on it, so one day I bought the bell off of my friend. He gave me the bell but after he took it off his bike he took the little piece off the bell that mounts to the handlebar and threw it in the trash.This is how I feel like I was treated today at Vander Haags KC.

Herman Zabel: I ordered a door assembly driver's site. I was told by the sales person Jacob that the door was white. Upon receiving the door at O'Fallon Peterbilt The door was silver. I am already a week late on my delivery. Call vanderhagen to let them know about my disappointment.( I'm very upset). I was told that somebody would get ahold of me and they pushed me down-the-line. I received a phone call the next morning stating that if I send the part back they would fix the problem and send a correct door. This would mean another week or 2 not deliver in my load or receiving income because of their Failure to tell the truth Because it's more important to them to make the sale and take your money. All I can say is make sure you ask a question and then ask the questions again remember their selsman do not trust them. The offer of a discount was never mentioned. It's all about taking your money and giving you bad service.

Matt Malenke: I recently got a new work truck that went through Kranz. When it arrived it was outfitted with things I never requested including seat covers that interfered with the center armrest storage compartment. I called them and the owner explained to me that they don't remove any plastic molding pieces. Yet I found a molding tool remover in the truck. I have to break the plastic cup holder section and the latch for the storage compartment to get it open. I reached out to Kranz several times trying to resolve this issue and was told someone would call me back but they never did. I finally gave up and just replaced the broken parts myself.
B&T Racing: Bought a Meyer plow second hand for a steal. Dave was able to source the kit I needed for my truck with just pictures and minor information. Even though he was drooling more than I was over the deal I got. Was able to get truck prepped for winter and ready to plow easily!!! Thank you Kranz!! Thank you Dave!!
Reese Harter: Dave in the parts department was the best, couldn't have figured it out without him. with just a picture he was able to identify the plow pump I had, tell me all about it, was even able to save me some money! He was able to get me everything I needed over the phone and all I had to do was stop by on my commute home and pick up my parts. while there he went through some preventative maintenance instructions I would need to know about with my new plow. Even gave me his personal cell and answered a text after hours for a question! He also told me if I'm plowing snow at night and break down don't hesitate to call!Dave is my new go-to when I have plow problems!

I can’t say enough positives about him and if I had a negative, it would be that Kranz of KC was 4 plus hours away. aaron houghtaling: Poor service. Called off and on for months leading up to winter to get a snow plow installed and order parts. Kept telling me they’d email me the prices or call me back and never heard from them. I’d call a week later and same thing. Tried off and on for 3 months. Finally gave up and left a final message requesting a call so I could order the parts and install it myself. That was 2 weeks ago now and still no call.One day before winter storm I ended up going an additional hour drive away to Mynatt truck and equipment to get the help I needed. They had my parts on the shelf along with printed instructions to help my self install go smooth. Allowing me to have my truck ready and take care of my customers for the first winter storm.
