He didn't even let me see the hordes, I thought that was weird not like any stable that I've ever been to. This is a very private stables and perhaps it should be advertised on Google to be assumed as public.

jscott20002278: They are not very accommodating and will not help you in anything whatsoever....and they are constantly doing private stuff so don't ever try to get a trail ride or lesson or anything really...go to another place... seriously dissatisfied with this place! To many other well run places in the area to settle for this place

debbie black: We stopped here for overnight boarding, but the facility is not safe for horses. Kent did his best, covering the window with wood that was just one foot off the floor at the back of one stall. I had to duct tape over the open outlets in both stalls. Might be a charming event venue, but do not bring a horse here. It is not safe.

Britton Badgley: I can not say enough good things about this facility, the staff & owners. The facility is immaculate & set up with the comfort and safety of the horses in mind. The owner & staff are very knowledgeable, caring and treat the horses as their own. The Individual attention & knowledge of each horse’s routine & personality is impressive. I have boarded horses throughout the country & this facility is one of the best. Plus the other boarder & clients are so friendly.My mare experienced colic that was caught in the early morning hours by the astute staff & owner when she went off her feed. The owner had already called the vet based on her extensive conversations regarding medical emergencies by the time I arrived at the barn. She helped arrange transportation to a equine surgical facility by fellow boarders, who volunteered to get my mare to the clinic ASAP. Once we arrived, stayed for hours offering support & comfort. Although the outcome was not the way any of us had hoped, I am grateful for everyones rapid response & coming together for both my mare & myself.I am “horseless” now but I hope that will change in the future & I will 100% be looking to return to Forbes Ranch. I highly recommend this facility & would easily give a higher rating than 5/5 if I could!

Kathryn Gaherty: I call this barn "horse heaven". The horses get immaculate care. The owner is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. I frequently say that I don't bring my horses home to my own land because I could never duplicate the quality of care that they receive by being at Forbes. The staff are all wonderful and experienced in horse care. If they notice anything different about one of my horses I immediately receive a text or call. I especially like that the stabled horses have small turn out groups that are determined by personality and compatibility. What I most appreciate is the complete dedication the owner has for providing the very best care for my horses. They are always available if I need help or if I have any type of concern. I also love how clean they keep the barn. The atttention to detail is amazing. They keep the entire property to the highest level of maintenance, anything needing to be fixed or repaired is immediately addressed. I have been to plenty of other barns, they don't come close to the same quality as you will find at Forbes. I cant imagine boarding somewhere else. ❤

Joan Siopes: Beware: my horse ended up with a broken leg due to negligent care. I 100% understand that horse injuries happen, but this scenario could have been easily avoided. From moldy hay to not being notified of colic symptoms and hock burns from the lack of shavings, I cannot recommend this facility to anyone. Don't be fooled by the pretty aesthetics- you pay for the landscaping, not the horse care.
