Carmen Pollet: If you have a choice dont go there. It was difficult to find as there are not any signs on the outside of the building causing me to be late. They still had a previous appointment waiting so they could not do my fingerprinting. I am a night shift worker that got up 3 hours early for this appointment and they acted like rescheduling shouldnt be a big deal. It was a big deal for me. Ill be going somewhere else.

Renay Andrews: This place is the best place if you ever need to get a drug test done. Me and my co driver went and did CDL drug screens on Friday. They had us in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. Samantha was awesome handling the screening and collection process. So nice and helpful, she deserves a raise as good as she was. I absolutely love going here for drug screen because they are quick and no sitting around sick people at a clinic and waiting hours. If you need a Quest drug screen done this is the place no matter where your employer is trying to send you tell them you are going here instead. You won't be disappointed.

T B: Female agent checked me in attitude from start like she hated her job. Watched how she talked to her coworker same bad attitude she said loudly I already know when he went to her. His attitude matched hers while processing my fingerprints he changed his demeanor towards end. I only was at this location because an employer required me to go there next time I will go to one I’ve gone when I was self pay on NW Vivian Road way better attitudes professional. I will never come to this location again! After me I heard a guy checking in other people he sounded nicer his tone was much better. Your company don’t need to hire people to represent ur company who act like they hate they job!

Secondly I've been here multiple times now and I can for sure you that Miss Diana and her staff are very welcoming, easy going and happy to share/inform you with any information that may be needed. Rather it's for an IV, a shot, or just standard blood work Miss Diana always goes above and beyond to accommodate me and make my visits a great experience. They always find your veins without PAIN which is uncommon for most places. You are in and out, yet never fell rushed. You also get your results back within hours via email. Health is Wealth and quite honestly without health nothing else really matters so taking a visit here is one of the best gifts to give to yourself and others!I highly recommend this place and will be back for sure. 5stars all the way. The vibe is also very chill which is essential. Great location, close to multiple shopping centres. What are you waiting for give it a Shot! 💉😂

Sylver Wolfy: The worst most horrible most aggravating unhelpful pointless phone system ever invented in the history of this earth. Trying to setup an appointment with the automated system and it wasn't pulling up the locations near me even though I gave it the correct zip. Also the type of test i was sent to do was not an option in the prompts. Quit being lazy and cheap and hire real people that can actually help me and answer my questions. Now I'm just aggravated and upset because your system is so horrible. I haven't even shown up yet or seen or spoken to a single person and already this has been a headache.If you are a multi million dollar company but decide not to hire real people to help over the phone when the dinky dentist down the street has phone reps, it just shows where priorities lay. They are with profits, and not for actually providing value or anything of help to The customers keeping you in business. I'm so upset.

Not that, she had no business being a plembotomist with how much she moved the needle around, causing some very bad pain in my arm. She's lucky she didn't put it through the wall of my vein! Ariana Blockmon: There isn't even a human in the office, I tried knocking on the window to find out if they even take my insurance but there isn't anyone in there apparently. Just a dumb kiosk that can't answer insurance questions and just wants me to consent. I DO NOT CONSENT, and when I called for help it just checked me in anyway. So now I'm afraid to leave because I feel like they're gonna charge me. Won't ever be back. Tried to call from the waiting room but couldn't get anyone that way either. 🤣

Jacob Collins: I saw on my credit score that I had an unpaid bill from quest diagnostics so I called and got a run around. It was a robot not a person and I had to put in my bill number but I don’t have it!! Apparently if you leave a one star review they’ll respond. Absolutely ridiculous if I knew this would happen ahead in advance I’d just wait it out. I need to pay this bill!! I never got a bill in the mail!!!

Erica Dowd: I am writing this just in case I have complications later. I went in for a blood draw. The first tech didn't know what she was doing. Stuck me in one arm, nothing. I showed her where a vein was in my other arm ans she still couldn't do it. While trying it felt like she letvaur go in my vein. She denied it course but I know what I felt. Finally she got a lady that was able to stick me one time. Time for some training. I hope nothing happens after feeling air go in my vein.

I called twice.I'm a trucker who needs to get blood work done and my Dr had set it up with Quest to be able to have it done anywhere I was able to get to.All I wanted to do before paying for a cab ride was to confirm these Dr orders were set up and I would be able to get it done.The person answering was very rude and acted like My time wasn't important. I need to get this blood work done, but im not going to be treated like I dont matter to get it done.I'll be calling my Dr to set something else up.
