We ended up choosing some spring outfits for his 3 bears and he also picked out a mini puppy. It was such a joy shopping! The staff member at the cash register was so friendly and sweet. Cheryl Trosper: Normally when we come to the mall we get lunch and just browse around but the kids talked us in to coming in here afterward, but of course “just looking,” turned in to the whole experience within no time.Katrina greeted us at the front and told us about the sales and asked us what brought us in. Even though we said we were just looking, she still conversed with the kids and asked them questions. Delaney then helped my two youngest bring their friends to life, with a cute heart ceremony, and even talked us into a scent for each. I almost wanted a bear for myself!They were out of birth certificates, but promised we could come back in at a later time and still do them, so we didn’t get outfits this time, but I told them we would pick out an outfit or two each for their new friends when we came back for the birth certificates. We really enjoyed our time here, and look forward to being back next week!Katrina and Delaney made my kids feel super special, and my kids won’t put down their new frog friends, even sleeping with them right now.

Andrea Brandt: Took my 7 yr old here for one of his Christmas presents. They let him help fill the bear with stuffing and then picked out clothes, shoes and whatever else you want to add. As expensive as this store is, I paid $70 for one multi colored bear, the stitching was coming undone about a week later. A little disappointed about that.

The owner repairs cuckoo clocks so we took ours up and found him to be reasonable! It’s one of my favorite antique stores in the area!

My hearing impaired wife was in the store a few weeks ago and even though she repeatedly asked to make sure he was not running her credit for a Kohl’s card which I already had one. He told her he was renewing an old account she had and was not impacting or running he credit. LIAR!He was overheard telling an employee he was training that open a card on everyone so that they get their bonuses -And that no one ever complains. The inquiry an new account lowered my wife’s 805 credit scoreTo 785 which the inquiry and new account will impact for 2 years minimum.I am pursuing legal action against Kohls and their employee Collin for fraudulent credit activities.BUYER BEWARE IF YOUR CASHIER IS A HEAVY SET, MALE WITH GLASSES AND GOATEE LATE 20’s and is named COLLIN ask for a new cashier and under no circumstances let him run you for a card.
