We have them watch our dogs any time we're out of town.They took the time to come over and meet our boys before our first trip so everyone was comfortable.They work with us on a schedule that's best for our pups and their routine.We always get a text update with pics at every single visit. It gives us huge peace of mind to know our boys are well taken care of. We're able to really enjoy our time away.I can't recommend them enough!
Aden Lovelace: Latchkey Pets has always done a phenomenal job taking care of our Saint Bernard!! They go above and beyond with his care. There was a few nights, he wasn’t eating because we were gone and the Latchkey Pets worker brought bacon from her own house to put on top of his food (we had told her he likes that previously!). They give detailed updates and pics about our dog. They’ve always been reliable and trustworthy coming to our house. It’s so nice and comforting our dog can stay in his own home and environment and we don’t have to worry. So thankful we found this amazing service!! I highly recommend!!

JayJay Crabtree: I have been using Latchkey for a little more than a month and I cannot say enough good things. They have been taking such good care of my dog and I’m so thankful for them. My dog has congestive heart failure and he has to have meds everyday at 12:30 so I hired them to give him his meds let him out and refill his water when we can’t be there and they have gone above and beyond. My dog loves them which is unusual since he doesn’t take to other people easily. They take time to play with him and just show him love everyday they are there. So thankful to have found them and I would highly recommend them, wish I would have found them sooner such a relief knowing I have people I can trust and depend on.

Through a reference with my leasing office, I was able to find Endless Wags. They were very accommodating on short notice. The initial home visit/walk through took place the day after inquiry and my cat was seen once a day the following week. I received daily updates including pictures, which game me a lot of reassurance that my cat was being well taken care of in my absence. I'm very grateful for Endless Wags and will definitely use again!

I love that we get the same employee the majority of the time because our dog has taken quite the liking to his ‘girlfriend.’ Our primary walker, Rose, takes such great care with our senior pup and her daily report cards are incredibly thoughtful and entertaining. It’s evident Dagwood loves her and hates to see her leave. The owner, Jodee, has been so gracious and understanding of our often last minute changes and we appreciate the flexibility. I work in healthcare and my schedule changes frequently so it was really important to find a service that can adapt. It’s refreshing to know Dagwood gets attention when we can’t be there! These people you're letting into your home love dogs and really take time to build a bond with your pet/family member. It's been a great investment and a much better alternative (for us) to doggy day care.

The owner, Jodee, came by to do the initial assessment and discuss what our needs were, what times were convenient, etc, which was really helpful. Our usual dog walker, Maura, is awesome, loves Lola, and Lola loves her right back. I get an email each afternoon, after she has been there, letting me know how things went and also with a few pictures of their activities that day. Everyone at Endless Wags has been super reliable, so I don't have to worry about whether someone is going to get there. On top of that, they are flexible, and usually able to accommodate me when I have a call shift at work that I have to stay late for.

Amy made the visits initially, along with text updates, then turned over to Hally who has been TERRIFIC because our dog, who is a senior rescue, can be shy and hide away and Hally is always great in her communications and photos so we know how the visits go each day. We also get updates on the cats :-) The billing and scheduling approach is easy and I love that I can handle everything on line. You won’t be sorry if you trust your care to them.

Scheduling is conveniently through your account on their website program. Best of all, you get a picture of your pup(s) at the end of their walk to brighten up your day! Very important to me was that no other dogs are allowed in your home/backyard (I had a BIG issue with this with a previous walker).EDIT: Have been using for at least a year now. The most reliable dog walkers I've ever had, communication is excellent. Scheduling walks through their patient portal is a breeze, and you even get to select the exact time frame, from early morning to evening and weekend visits. Also - they left holiday gifts by the door for the dogs on a non-walk day, which just goes to show how much they truly care! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Manda Lancaster: I just used LAPS for first time, and I can honestly say I have never had a better pet sitter. My dogs are a rowdy bunch but Rachelle was already helping all of us do better in our initial meeting. Linda Sirridge: I would highly recommend Rachelle of Loving Arms Pet Services. She has a wide breadth of knowledge and knows how to achieve the results her clients are needing. In just 3 sessions, Rachelle has helped my 2 large Goldens with a phobia about entering a car and overcoming that fear. They are learning to consistently sit, stay, and walk on leashes without pulling. We really needed some help with controlling these big dogs of ours. Rachelle had met our needs with lots of tips and advice and modeling of the behaviors we are wanting to have in place. Rachelle has a great way with both the pets and their parents and is very professional and reliable. She is extremely responsive and tailors each session to what you, the client, needs. 5 out of 5 stars for Rachelle!!
