Debbie Epperson: This place is a joke. My husband has followed Pollema around ever since his doctor retired. She just kind of took over like she's a doctor. She's worked at 3 places now. Of course she ends up back at an HCA dumphole. He had a normal check up and told her he was having pain in one leg. She said call and come back if it got worse. Well it did and he did. He waited 3 days for someone to call him back. He went back in. They do an xray and say we will call you next week. I exploded on them and one of the lazies in there wants to act like my mom and scold me. I told her don't you dare speak to me that way. You're a nobody to me. Not too mention the elevator was broke down and there were poor elderly women with canes trying to climb the stairs. I took my husband to an ER, and no not an HCA ER, and he had a blood clot in his leg. I've found my husband a private practice doctor and he WILL NOT be back to the nurse trying to play doctor. What a joke.MY REPLY TO YOU: NO THANKS. WE HAVE A GREAT DOCTOR NOW. IM NOT WASTING MY TIME OR MY BREATH.
Dareyn Worley: I went to the dr a month ago to get my prescription refilled and they assured me they would send it to the pharmacy and when I needed to pick it up the pharmacy had nothing from the dr office. I had to call them again and wait on hold for 20 minutes to get anyone to answer and help me.
Doris: I think these reviews are bogus. I'm not a new patient, and I have been told to see my doctor, who I have been seeing for 13 years, I would have to wait almost a year. Had to go to urgent care. I guess the care of long-time patients doesn't matter.
Edward Daly (Skippy): It was probably the quickest visit I've had in a couple of years. Of course, I didn't have anything "new" to report. And the N.P. was still very thorough and didn't feel that a blood draw was necessary.
Stacey Owens: Doctor maven and doctor rotundo are very compassionate they listen to their patients and do the best care that they can they are very knowledgeable and answer very many questions that you ask they are so caring that they will Hug or bump your elbow during covid I recommend them to everybody

C.K. C.K.: I am not sure how this doctors office has such a high rating. The staff is not very knowledgeable. They claim their doctors are not taking any new patients and insist that you make an appointment with one of their nurses. The nurse I see is not knowledgeable on certain medical conditions and tends to have an attitude when I make an appointment to be seen.As well as, the person who does the blood draws; I’m not sure why she is still there. She does not seem to enjoy her job whatsoever and also has an attitude and is extremely rude.They also tell me every single time I go in that I do not owe anything and that my insurance covers me. However, I got a letter in the mail saying I owe $20 for a co-pay from this doctor office. They told me I could just pay it when I go in for my next appointment. My next appointment was not for a few months and they sent the request for $20 co-pay to collections and now it shows up on my credit report. They will screw you over time and time again.I definitely would not recommend.
Marie Westphal: Dr. Maben is very knowledgeable, and listens carefully to all of your questions and concerns. She and her staff are caring and courteous. It's easy to get a timely appointment, and there is never a long wait to see her.

She always answers questions and is instrumental in keeping any tests scheduled and following up with any information I might need. I have followed her from office to office and will continue to do so. She's the Best!

Beth Taylor: I was feeling super bad and I called but was put into voice mail so I honestly figured I wouldn't even get a call back. Within 30 minutes they had called me back and were able to get me in to see my doctor directly. I didn't even have to wait in the waiting room but that's because I was sick. Everyone was so caring and considerate. This is one of the best groups I have been a patient with. I plan to continue using them forever. Jessie Krueger is awesome and her staff is awesome and the office manager is just wonderful. You guys rock!

catmom 720: I've been a patient of Megan Pollema, NP for a few years and decided to stay with her when she transferred to this office. I had my first visit here on March 10. Yolanda, the receptionist, greeted me with a big smile. I enjoyed chatting with her as I waited for my appointment. Ambroa, the medical assistant, was very friendly as well. She treated me with kindness and respect and was very professional. My appointment with Megan went smoothly and she was so easy to talk with, as always. I'm a nurse and am very picky about my health care providers. I couldn't be happier with the staff at this office. I highly recommend this group!!
