Most recently they removed a failed lift and installed a new Boat Floater 4500 configured for my Pontoon. Work was completed in less than a day in very cold temps and high winds. All professionally done from first phone call to turn of the final nut. Quality can't be beat.

The pricing was very competitive with their competition and the timeline for the order was close to original estimate. The only thing keeping me from giving a raving 5-star review was that I struggled to receive return correspondence throughout the process. However, in the end, the final product has exceeded all of my expectations. Thank you Williams Lakefront. We will certainly recommend you to others.

Last second they noticed a slightly oversized washer which would be easy to call "okay". Not Williams! They made an extra run up the hill to make everything perfect. I'd do it all over again, but I won't have to because these docks are built to last.

marie miller: I live at P23 and had my dock moved for dredging last year.They moved it 3 dock spaces north so the dredge could work. They charged me $1,040.00. My neighbor had his dock moved at the same time. They charged them $740.00 and it took 2 hours more labor time to complete. When I questioned their billing they said well... they just got a really good deal. The owner did offer to refund at least $150.00 but that money was never received by me. Don Wampler: Williams Construction did an amazing job installing our boat lift and taking out the old lift. Our lake was flooded and the owner actually swam the boat lift out into deeper water from the parking lot where boats launch. The lot was covered with water. They had the equipment to unload the new lift in 3” of water but after that, it had to be walked out and then then swimming started. Then he winched the old lift out of the water. Everyone in the neighborhood was asking for their number. Highly recommend!!

Scott Mullen: I had two separate unrelated dock repair needs in the last 6 months. I called Williams Lakefront Construction for both issues and they came out same day to evaluate the issue and completed the repairs the next day. Their office staff communicates well and gives realistic expectations for timely repair. The work was done very well. I would recommend Williams Lakefront Construction for all lake construction and dock repair needs.
Lee Hamilton: Had an appt with Brad on June 6. Gave him a survey of our lakefront, told him what we wanted and he said he would get back with a plan and an estimated cost. After numerous calls to the office with promises to call me back, this is now August and I've never heard a thing from this company. I've gone with someone else now, but this is not a good way to do business. Even if you had too many jobs, a phone call would have been appropriate and I would have made other arrangements sooner than I did. You have to rate with a star, but this certainly didn't deserve it.

Lee Caruthers: I'm a small electrical contractor in the K.C area and been at it awhile for about the last 20 years or so . I completed on schedule several jobs for Acme dock , at Sunrise Growers and Nestle warehouses here in K.C. .My problem is that i never received full payment for my work completed and service calls for misc. repair work that wasn't my fault and had too rewire parts ordered with wrong voltages at my expense. Nick the service manager just wanted to cover his problems and blame me instead of confronting the issues and solving in a professionally matter . Just easier NOT too pay a small contractor fair wages and a lot of untold extras ..... In 20 years of doing service work Acme Dock is the first Not too pay a invoice for work completed .
