Erin: There are staff that don’t interact with clients and others who yell back at people because they are offended by things that happen from disabilities. Staff also discipline people for doing something bad. One sits around and watches tv all day while the assistant manager constantly lies and talks to people like they are stupid. I was manipulated and didn’t even feel like I was living in my own home. If you want your dignity and respect, don’t work with this company.

Amanda Kaufman: The people of this so called charitable organization have absolutely no integrity, they lack experienced personnel to take care of these individuals, and they absolutely don’t have the best interest of their clients in mind. My brother is still waiting on emergency services and they have taken all of his rights as a patient and stepped all over them! DO NOT PLACE YOUR LOVED ONES IN THEIR CARE!!!

Nurudeen Owodunni: Working at TNC is a life time learning that will remain with me for life! When I joined the organization 5 years ago! My taught was just to work with TNC just to raise money to buy a car as I was a new immigrant in the city! But after joining, I found new family, the 1st day was memorable as I learnt more about people with intellectual and developmental disability, who they are and what they are not! I learnt how to communicate with them and above all, I learnt how to advocate for them! Today, I am glad, how a foreigner came to the city and move from just personal support attendance to someone who manage the entire organization program. Rebecca Winstead: I've been working with this company for only a month and a half and I've only gotten paid once every time I ask someone in hr to email me a copy of my documents they never respond. I haven't been able to get an appointment to take the med test since I'm already certified I was told that I have to retest in order to pass meds. Upon being hired I let them know that I'm pregnant they immediately tried tho place me at a group home where 4/5 clients used Hoyer lifts and one of the parents of the clients is physically abusive to staff. I asked for a location with no lifting I was lied to about all of the locations having clients who needed to be lifted. When I asked for info about maternity leave everyone kept saying that they didn't know or that I should be able to use short term disability which was lies. Horrible company horrible management.
Serena Edwards: The interview went well. Got all my paperwork done. Was told to go to the house for training. I was not yet med certified or cpr trained so I expected another staff to be there with me....WRONG. Two times i was left alone caring for adults that I was not properly trained to take care of. It was a nightmare. And my Supervisor was not much help. She literally would pop in to give them meds and leave me alone by myself for the rest of the shift. No wonder the turn over rate is bad. Very unprofessional! Don't waste your time here!.

Sheila Paden: I want to report a driver. This particular driver was driving van 1412. I was in the travel left lane on 23rd st when my red light turned green. As I was getting ready to go this van pulled in front of me cutting me off so he can turn left. I have photos of him doing this entire scene. I missed my green light because he cut me off so close I had no choice but to wait until he completed his left turn so I can continue on 23rd st.1. If I were a customer or had my relative in this vehicle I would be beyond angry. I looked up your website and saw this company is for people with disabilities. I sure hope he didn’t have anyone in this vehicle. I can guarantee they had a jarring in their bones the way he drove.2. This driver should be fired IMMEDIATELY!! I have a transportation company myself and if one of my drivers did this stunt it would be immediate termination. He doesn’t belong on any road in any city.3. I have photos of what this driver did. I am happy to share them. Please call or email me to get these photos. It clearly shows how wrong this driver was.

Jay Bird: It would be nice if the numbers they provide for after hours actually could answer basic questions such as if the busses were running during bad weather. She says we dont have that information, yet its the number for transportation.. stupid

Reighn WILLIAMS: Here i am driving and pull on the side and see the driver, bus 1800 at 9:43a.m texting on her phone could not believe it never would i ever use this service after seeing this. How can you focus on driving and you texting. She was all in that phone
Taylor Davison: My mother and I went to these guys to get assistance(I have autism), and never got the help we needed. It took the case worker three months to reply and when she finally got around to it, she made the whole situation all about herself. She went about her daughter getting sick and a bunch of other chaotic events occurring in her life. Nice to know personal problems take precedence over the problems of their clients. If anyone recommends them, don't go. It'll take them forever to get around to you and when they finally feel like talking to you, they'll forge a tragic tale to dispel disappointment.

Diamond Brea TV: Wouldn't let me return to work because of my diabetes i fell ill a few years back and had to be hospitalized they did not offer me a leave of absence to get my health together . If you fall sick they will ruin your reputation my blood sugar was 520 i would not recommend them at all they will work you 70 hours a week you give your all and get no thanks or nothing in return. Luckily I'm a program manager with a new company who actually care for their employees ...your loss life unlimited

Dona Hicks: I have volunteered at Life Unlimited for quite a few years even when it was Immacolata Manor. I enjoy visiting the residents and hearing what they are doing. Right now there is no visiting with the residents due to covid and I do miss it tremendously.
Karen Walker: This company is disorganized, irresponsible and unreliable!! If there were other options, I would select one. I have no choice until I retire. I am appalled at what does and, moreover, what DOESN'T occur. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!! EDIT 9/15/2020: Is it the practice of LU to ignore/continually cancel appointments with medical providers to the point the providers no longer can work with my relative?

Momof3: I had the wonderful opportunity to meet the manager Derek. He has great compassion for each individual that he works with. It is such a pleasure to see how wonderful this community takes care of and supports each individual in their care.
Shannon Miller: Not impressed. In the beginning (years ago), our daughter, who was a client, was treated with respect. However by the time we removed her, she was being hit by another client and the police were at the house frequently. The staff did nothing to stop it and after bringing it to the company's attention, only excuses were made. We were so grateful to get her out of that environment. There was an incredibly high turnover in the staff. The good ones never lasted because of the pay and the bad staffing seemed to stay. Would never take her back.

Bob Zahnter: Rare form of care, not meaning good. Caregivers more concerned about themselves, rather than those they are supposed to care for. Much in the way of internal problems, soon to effect those in their care.
