I Made a mistake brought off a website( terrible) buy local you get to talk to them or visit the store, they take care if their products, Duff and Ethan came today to put together the hoyer lift I brought off line( Big Mistake since there where broken parts, can't get anyone to respond to my email or calls) wished I could go back and buy from Mobility First..Bills is the best!!!
Mary Ellen Clark: Do not meet dates they tell patients that equipment will be ready, blame outside vendors, insurance and docs. Very poor communication.

Carolyn Thomas: I purchased a walker that was in stock on the floor on a Friday and needed to return the item on Tuesday, Financial issues, and was told that I would have to pay a 20% restocking charge. This is ridiculous when the item was in stock on the floor and hasn't been used yet. I could understand a fee if it was special ordered but not something that was in stock and on the floor. Won't use them ever again.

He is a great representative for Mobility First. Jason is very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. Any time I had a question, I would call him and I always received an immediate response. I highly recommend Mobility First!
Sandy Nelson: I just want to say how much I appreciate Mobility First. Brittany and Duff have gone above and beyond to help me with obtaining the medical equipment my husband needed. Even on bad weather days and with very short notice of a discharge they mad it happen. I would recommend them highly!

Brenda Fields: This store is the best. Everyone I've talked to is so nice & helpful. The young man, Duff Richter just came to my home & replaced my tires. He was so friendly. Very professional, had the tires on in no time & was able to help with a couple of other things. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you all to the service areas to the office people.

Holly Tye: Response time is so much quicker and less frustrating than with other area companies we've dealt with. Service call response has been as little as one day and getting a completely new wheelchair went from taking almost a full year elsewhere to taking possession in less than 4 months. Jason is very knowledgeable, efficient and accommodating. Very satisfied!

Bill was outstanding and went the extra mile! Bill was super helpful! We also bought a automatic recliner for my mom which is excellent. The individuals (Ethan and Duff) who installed our Chairlift and delivered the recliner where outstanding! Honestly, everyone was helpful.
