Haley Velazquez: Ordered 2 different ice cream mixers and paid over 27 dollars and when I received them from door dash, they were very small portions and their prices are higher than any other ice cream shop around!! And to be honest, it was not amazing in taste either!! Never going to spend money here again!! Extremely OVERPRICED!

Reply to owner- doesn’t seem like you guys try at all , if your gonna be under the name coldstone might wanna train your employees to make the ice cream like coldstone is supposed to

I have to say the last few times we have went it seems to be going downhill. it was so so dirty all the tables were dirty and sticky like they haven't been cleaned in days, the trash cans were so full of trash and overflowing, boxes all over the place.

Misty De: Today I tried the Taco Tuesday special 4 tacos ( choice of meat) for $8.89. Tacos were filled with plenty of meat, cilantro, and onions with your choice of delicious sauces. We also had to try chicken quesadilla and it was just as good.They have an extensive menu; Serving authentic tacos, breakfast, dessert, and yummy drinks. Customer service was excellent and restaurant was very clean. I highly recommend this place, if not for dinner stop by for dessert.

No caramel syrup, no hot fudge. So them I asked for cappuccino blast, and she didn't know how to make it. I ended up with a small scoop of Baseball Nut, it wasn't even a small scoop.I've love Baskin Robbins and have enjoyed your ice creams for over 20 yrs. This was the worst location ever, only one staff working. Several people left because the wait was so long.

Lynn H: The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made the experience a lot of fun. They have good deals on the scoops. The Mango is devine and the ice cream of the month is pretty good too. As of the date I'm writing the review, it is Cookie Monster which is a soft blue color with Oreo and Chocolate Chip cookie dough. I also got the Jamoca Almond Fudge. It has a coffee base. It's so very good. It's one of my favorite.The Ice Cream Cake and Cotton Candy are fun and delicious according to my kid.Plenty of ice cream and sherbet to choose from. I highly recommend this Baskin Robbins.

Nicholas Worden: This Baskin-Robbins is the best one I've visited. I come to Kansas City every year to visit family and old friends, but I always make time to stop here. The family that runs this location are wonderful people and rarely forget a face. After moving to Alabama from Kansas City, I found myself with limited options as the BR in my town only has 12 flavors, and none are the ones I like, so this is my guilty pleasure every year. Can't wait for my next vacation up here next year so I can repeat the cycle.4/10/23 - I had to come back to KC for a funeral this past weekend and stopped in Baskin-Robbins on Friday. This location has been my favorite for years (first located by Hyvee), and the family that runs it has always been very friendly. I think I'm the only one who orders a Jamoca malt, yet I thought no one would remember after I moved out of state in over a decade ago, but I was just told to order the usual. This is what quality service is, and a lot of the businesses around could learn a thing or two from this family. I'm already looking forward to the next time I'm up in KC!

We love the free sour spray, $1 candy, and the color changing spoons! Also their punch card is worth it! Every 10th sno cone is free, and as a family who goes a lot it comes in handy.
