jim Homan: Talk about sketch, paying customer for doctors come in to upgrade my phone and they treat me like some kind of Drifter not even letting me see the phone that I'm getting ready to purchase a showing money so they know I'm not some weirdo wasting their time. Far as customer service is concerned there is none!
