Jeff Mcfaniel: Denied disability even though my hip is detaching from my pelvis and I'm also struggling with clinical depression and ptsd. They told me to look for jobs that don't require hard labor like banks and offices but they won't hire a person who was talked into signing a plea bargain 22 years ago when i was 18 for a petty crime I did not commit. 10 years in prison over a object worth 200 dollars that I did not steal and didn't have in my possession. No wonder I'm depressed. Oh but maybe I should work myself to death for this lie of a free country when my back and hip barely allows me to walk. My natural gas gets shut off in 9 days and I had to sell my truck months ago to pay bills. Now I have no way to leave my house.

Randy Johnson: It is like they never switched over to the internet in 1998. If you need your tags renewed and there is ANYTHING the slightest bit out of order you will spend your entire day on hold on the phone and then running to 2 or 3 different buildings that are spread throughout the city. Each one will tell you that you need to go to the other and each stop is a min of 90 minutes, the rest of the timr you are on hold. Plus COVID. They require different departments to get something done amd none of the departments are connected to eachother. Its like the FBI, CIA and NSA before 9/11

I've done nothing wrong besides all for their help bc that's where 211 Tesla everybody who lives in independence area to go to first. I've tried all resources NOTHING FROM ANYBODY

Alix Pridgen: We walked in this morning and immediately were helped by Cathy who was very kind and efficient. They were short staffed due to a meeting but she went the extra mile in finding someone who could help us. A half hour later we meet with Joshua who had taken time to review the case and immediately presented us with the paperwork we needed. He was professional, respectful, and exceedingly kind. The staff we met today were wonderful!

My FIFTH (#5) application was mailed at the post office on February 4, 2022 to location on the application which is 615 East 13th Street, Kansas City, MO 64106.When I check the status of my application online I always get the statement, "No information found".I understood that I am supposed to receive a letter in the mail whether I have been approved or denied healthcare within10 days of applying.What gives???? Isn't anyone working???

But for those of us who are trying to work to be able to provide for their family to not have to use assistance that OUR TAX DOLLARS PAY FOR. It should be more support I sent in all the information needed for changes and I was told my case was closed and I could a hearing but it would take time to do so. I’ve only spoken to about 4 people that have actually cared and tried to help I waited on the phone for over an hour and was late clocking into work trying to get help for childcare it’s ridiculous! And they act like they’re better than you. But you never know when stuff will change and you need that help people need to be careful !

I received a letter which gave me a week to figure my situation out, obviously still the same as they can’t answer phone calls or emails. No joke I have been on hold for a total of 8 HOURS AND 45 MINUTES! People have jobs and they can’t be on the phone all day waiting for no one to answer. It makes no sense that my children and I will be loosing our coverage because of a mistake we didn’t even make.

It amazes me how swiftly those letters can get sent out informing you benefits will be taking away. But when one is trying their hardest to call they get absolutely nowhere. People try to be humble and grateful for these resources....myself included. But to give horrible service like this is just not ok. Please fix this! No one should have to fear they will lose services because they couldn't complete a friggin phone call. I haven't even been given the option to leave a call back number. Ridiculous as I'm typing 2 hours 21mins on hold. The automated voice just came on and said my wait time is still 1 hour 35mins! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?! * Smdh*
