susan gustavson: Scam!! DO NOT USE!! Placed an order 10 days ago and it is showing us still in process in my account. Have tried to message through the website but the website is broken. Have emailed and called several times and I get no response from this company. Filing a dispute with my credit card company due to lack of response. Completely unacceptable! UPDATE: 2 weeks later, more messages to the company and still no response. order is still in process. This is a bad business, DO NOT USE!

Joy Shreves: I have ordered from DHE for over 5 years. I have gotten great prices and service. During COVID I received a broken item. DHE never responded to my calls or email. I placed an order on 3/30. As of today 4/28 I have not received a response to my email, phone calls or anything 🤷♀️🤷♀️I am very frustrated but will try one more time. They have been great, who knows what might be going on?

If you order with them, you will get your order, but be prepared to wait at least two weeks. Also, be prepared for no one to answer the phone or answer emails.

Lisa M. Olson: I cannot understand why there are so many negative reviews. I have been ordering from Dental Health Essentials since last year.....5 orders to date and have had no issues what-so-ever. They have the best prices for MI Paste on the internet in addition to free shipping. I receive emails once my order has been shipped along with tracking information. My orders are shipped promptly. I will continue to make purchases from this company and based on my personal experiences, I highly recommend them.
Nancy Williams: I am not very happy with this company right now. I found them online with a price of $21.99 for whitener. When I checked out it charged $23.99. Not a lot, but not what was shown. I have tried for repeatedly to contact them. Call goes to voicemail for an unrecognizeable company. No one has called me or responded to email under "contact us" link. I will call my credit card to dispute the incorrect charge. No way to run a business!

Stanley davidson: I received the wrong product. It may have been my fault for ordering the wrong product. I was able to return the product and exchange it for the correct product with no problem and excellent customer service that went far beyond expectations.
Alex Valenzuela: I had recently placed an order and my package was reported by the local post office as stolen for they confirmed it was scanned and delivered by them. I reported this to DHE Customer Services and Ray had arranged to resend a package as a one-time courtesy. Thank you DHE for the excellent customer service!!!

They were very prompt at getting back to me and cancelling the duplicate order. Delivery was very quick and I am very happy with my product.
