Jarrod Derr: I worked for the place for 4+ years. And a lot of other clinics. You won’t find a better staff anywhere in KCMO. These people go out of their way to love their patients like no other clinic I’ve ever worked at. The Facility Administrator has become like a mentor to me and if my mom had to go to dialysis, there’s no other clinic I’d rather her go to. My only complaint? Stop feeding us so much! 🤣❤️
Ashlie Davis: I love getting treatment here. I've been coming over a year now and I have no complaints. The team is wonderful and actually cares about their patients. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Special shout to Miss Jen, Miss Trish, Miss Ebony, Ryan, Randall, Kaitlyn, nurse Charity, nurse Ashley, case worker Emily and Miss Jenn the nutritionist. My dream team that always takes great care of me and the others here fighting the good fight. 💪🏾💜💚

Christina Stanley: Worst staff ever my old man goes to dialysis here and this morning his wallet was stolen from one of the staff members while he was bleeding out pretty bad she took his wallet with his money and everything this is how the staff treat u here try another center before this happens to you this world is sad can’t trust nurses now who are supposed to care for you

Jami Jamison: Very kind nurses and doctors, they've had to respond to emergencies while my mom was there and given recommendations when her arm was swollen. Very kind people, excellent care and response. They are efficient and well-run. The staff is very friendly. ...Except for one female nurse saying my mom "look[s] like a dead girl"... that was weird. Mom was shocked, offended, and uncomfortable, but didn't saying anything, but it only happened once. It was probably an off-the-cuff comment and she didn't mean anything by it, probably even regretted it, but it was weird. Other than that comment, everyone is very nice, and we recommend this location!
Merideth Vaughn: The staff takes great care of my husband, even when he is cranky and sick. They are quick to communicate if there are issues.

NotUr Average Lady: They are not qualified to perform dialysis treatment. They make the patients sicker when they leave this facility. They miscalculate on how much fluid to take off the patients. When they leave causing them to be confused, weak and equilibrium to be off; resulting in falls and bruises. When they were shut down this facility and the patients relocated to Johnson County; better treatment and no problems.
