Douglas Hager: Being the first time I’ve had this done it was relatively painless process. I took the hard drive in and they evaluated it and sent a cost of recovery. Only glitch was their ability to read my handwriting but they corrected it immediately when I called.

Rita Hull: Frankie was great to work with. He called me shortly after I sent him a request regarding my computer. We talked on the phone and he came out that evening. He replaced my old computer and transferred all my files within a couple of days and brought the new computer back and set it up. It was a very easy and seamless process. I will gladly recommend him to any family and/or friends who need computer service.
