Full Potential Solutions: what do users think?
Tone Brown: Cool pace to work
Volleyball Queen: Overall is s as nice call center to work in. Staff is polite, professional, and offer help during training. The course is difficult so you must bring you A game and be ready to learn. The staff offer assistance and provide the tools you need to succeed. The call center is a paperless call center so you can’t bring a notebook to write in to protect customers privacy and security. Breaks are fair and spaced throughout the day. Having to use the time punch everyday is a pain but normal for a hourly job. Basic pay of $18 a hour to start even with prior experience.
AsTold By Nay: Showed up for an interview for a position, from the gate I was questioned about why I was there. As I explained who I was and the description of the job THEY CALLED ME FOR, A woman from the office met me at the locked door and ONCE again asked me the same questions she asked on the phone. I proceeded to pull up the email and explain the email word from word, she asked me to SEE it physically. Then, she proceeded to tell me there is no interview today , only tomorrow. Then proceeded to explain that she only had a conversation with me because NOW she needs to speak with Jayson about this incident.( insinuating that she now has a problem with him for how he scheduled things)… lady what ? I’m not coming back tomorrow because these ppl they have in management are clearly unorganized. I wouldn’t want to work for a company like this anyways
Dee Thornback: this is not a career move. If you follow my reviews I NEVER review negative but I had to speak up on this, It doesn't deserve the 3 stars in my opinion. I read the reviews and proceeded thinking it would have been an isolated incident for some that rated low....only to find out they actually were nice about it. Maybe for high school or college students but this is not a career move. Sorry.5 year check in: for our consulting business / YouTube went through the hiring process again; pretty much the same. I would no recommend for seasoned call center representatives. The interview was choppy, judgmental, and still unorganized.
Rebecca Winstead: This guy calls me once a month to offer me the same position just to tell me that there's no interviews available that work with my schedule and I never hear from him again until a week before the next start date like every other time like a robot.
Alycia Taylor: Great friendly place
Nicole Scott: HORRIBLE company to work for. Will replace you for agents overseas because it is cheaper and they can pocket more money. Sets goals that are unattainable and unreasonable. Very stressful and everyone in company lies! They teach you to lie to customers. This company is based on dishonesty and is not loyal to us agents that has worked there for YEARS!
Cody Abs: Not the best place to work but it's a job
Liselle Savage (mzSavage): I worked at FPS for almost 5 years. I was referred by a good friend. In the beginning I was doing cold call sales. I got sick had to take off, came back part time on same contract. The Management at the time was awesome and really helped me out. I was laid off in Oct, of 2018 due not being able to make sales for a VOIP system to small business. I was told when a new contact was signed with Husqvarna I'd get a call and I did. I was in wave 1 for that contract, went thru 4 weeks of training that we never used as it was too technical for what we would be doing. Fast forward in to a year all is going well I'm killing it in numbers, work life is great! Made employee of the month, planning potlucks you know making work fun. Covid- hit we started WFH, went thru leadership training "DARE" was told if have opportunity to advance. Everytime I tried to do I got pushed back, or someone else was more qualified,or they moved the position to the Manila (over seas). As a mentor I was doing extra work and when I begin to question certain things, it became a problem.. I'd showed leadership qualities, many new hires came to me for help, not their trainers because I was relatable, easy to talk too, fun, and always had a smile. I lived the Core values of Grace, Accountability, Interviewing and Excellence and it got me fired.1 raise in 4.5 years. Most jobs are going over seas. The Team Managers are trash and treat you like Schitt. If your not kissing arse you won't move up, no matter how hard you work. I was told I didn't have enough management experience to be a TM, yet I met all the qualifications. They did more outside hiring than I side promotion like they stated. To be clear, it got bad when we started WFH and the CEO's Steve and Amit couldn't physically come see what was going on. They are great CEO's, but the lower management and T Ms will make good employees leave.
Carmen Rollins: Waisted my time going threw interviews and other procedures only to be told I don't have enough experience. But from all the bad reviews looks like I dodged a bullet and was completely lied to about the pay and for that I would have not taken it anyway. Bad communication never responds back.
TheInscensitiveOne: THIS COMPANY TRAPS Employees ON THE PHONES WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMERS DUE TO THEIR HORRIBLE SERVICES THEY PROVIDE! YOU'LL WORK LIKE A DOG, INCLUDING OT THAT THEY ARE NOT UPFRONT ABOUT. THEY TELL YOU THERE'S OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT, BUT THAT'S A LIE! THEY ONLY OFFER ADVANCEMENT TO THE WORKERS WHO HAVE BEEN OUTSOURCED FROM OVER SEAS. FOREIGNERS! TRUST ME, THEY PROMISE ALL KINDS OF PERKS, BUT DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH WAITING NO MATTER HOW MUCH EXPERIENCE YOU MAY HAVE.
Adairia Easiley: Fired for no reason.
785Racing: Expect a lot out of you but little in return start at $16 a hour. If you have to reach out out for help It takes for ever to get a reply, they over work the managers so they are always busy. I returned my equipment and still have not received my last paycheck like other's have complained about.
Derione Braswell: Great Company, me and my wife both here and plan on growing with this company
James S: Nice place. Secured entrances, lots of parking, quick access to major highways.
Kara Mccormack: If you want no job security this is the place for you. One day you got the best numbers on ur team and they tell you that your doing awesome and don’t need to approve on anything and the next day your fired because they don’t think your a good fit for this company. No write ups, no coaching, no being unprofessional or rude to the customers just bye bye. If you want a job where maybe u will work there tomorrow maybe not then give this place a shot other then that the people are nice
Earlean Johnson: This company always looks out for there agents ..Great bonus incentives . Great opportunities to move up the corporate ladder.
Raquel Bradley: Critical:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueThis company is literally a big JOKE. Unorganized and unprofessional isn’t even the words. 🤦‍♀️ They will hold your last check if you quit then not answer the phone or return emails. DEFINITELY wouldn’t recommend.
Lashea Carlock: So I worked for this company and I just recently resigned on Tuesday. I had already worked the previous two weeks to get my pay check for Jan 8th 2021. Being that I resigned on Tuesday the day of payroll they decided to not pay me for the previous two weeks on the pay day of Jan 8th. I resigned at 1:35 pm and they sent me a email at 2:34 telling me that I have until noon on Tuesday to return my equipment so I could get my pay check for Jan 8th. Now if you see I stated I resigned at 1:35 pmwhich means that is after 12 noon correct which means I would not have been able to return any equipment on that day. They are now trying to tell me that I would have to wait until Jan 22nd to get my check direct deposit into my account so or pay a 25 fee to get a paper check. Which I am not willing to pay because it is not my mistake that y’all didn’t pay me because y’all went back and took out my payroll that had already been submitted. Than they keep stating that was my final pay check when I resigned we was in a whole new pay period so I would still have one more check after the one I was supposed to get on Jan 8th of 2021. I have emailed both of the owners and neither one of them have responded back to my email which tells me that they don’t care about how they’re HR is handling there payroll. Also I have sent proof to HR that I resigned on Tuesday at 1:35 and also that they sent the email at 2:34pm they still don’t care and is not trying to fix there mistakes they are still trying to say that since I didn’t return the equipment before noon that is why I didn’t get my check.
Ricky Williams: Training is very unprofessional. Kyle talks to anyone any kind of way! Everybody wants to be in charge but nobody knows what’s really going on until a higher up says something. You sit for a hour before even starting on something. The job itself is okay but they want you to be a top notch representative with low ball training. I wish I could attach some messages between me and other in the training saying their response as well and they actually still work with the company .
Christine Chilton: So, I was offered a job from them, super excited at first! Until I wasn’t able to respond to one text message, so they called me, and I’m not being dramatic, 47 times , and they called every two minutes . Then the guy called me off of a text now number . Outrageously unprofessional and creepy. What company acts like that? So I am now writing this review and declining the offer.
