Imagine my frustration when arriving, no one had been assigned to become acquainted with my policies. Unfortunately the newest employee was asked to help me. Given that no preparation was done by this office staff, my time was wasted with this trip to the office. The office manager, if there is one, should have been immediately informed prior to my walking out to discuss what happened. It has been 3 hours since I left with no phone call to apologize for the staff being unprepared. It is not too much to ask for them to have at least some knowledge of my policies prior to any review I requested. Felt very unappreciated as a client of just a year.

Richard Saxton: So far so good. I just objected to the way the staff converted my check to an ACH without telling me, even though the ACH was turned off.. They then broke down the amount (for no reason) into 2 amounts. This breaks the paper trail and makes it impossible to trace my original check which they made no reference to.. Then they told me they destroyed my check. I must consider this check unaccounted for. The ACH system works well only if using the proper precautions. The procedure they used is not the correct one.
