Brian Korzeniewski: Took weeks to get parts for my RV. Meanwhile, one of their techs left the interior light on killing the house batteries. When I informed the service manager my batteries were dead as the light had been left on he didn’t care at all. Not even an apology. It has cost me $250 to replace the batteries. When I called asking politely for compensation I was blown off, not once but twice. I understand that mistakes happen but for the company not to take responsibility for employee error is unreal. When I did receive a call back the representative was rude and condescending. He basically told me I am screwed and they would do nothing to help offset my costs for their negligence.
