Aaron Emus: Be wary of the "Free consultation". I went in several times just to receive zero helpful information and be told to "come back later", repeatedly, after having the goal post moved time and again. I didn't even know if I actually had a case, after several visits, because the attorney was too busy making small talk to actually listen to what I had to say and advise professionally. On top of that the secretary kept harping on me to "retain" the attorney, whilst calling for the next "come back later" meeting, when I didn't even know if it was a waste of time or not from the lack of actual information (as if they didn't care they were just giving me the run-around hoping I would pay up). I was finally told to show up at a certain time to talk to someone else who could actually advise me and the meeting didn't start until 25 minutes after I was told to arrive, after showing up on time. When I was finally seen I only had approximately 5 minutes to actually talk to someone helpful before I had to leave and head back to work. Hastily I made a decision to pay them to get started. I got back home (also where I work from most days), realized that what I was told, ultimately, wouldn't help at all so I called, an hour later, to have them refund my money only to have the secretary tell me that she has no idea how to do a refund on their credit card machine. I ended up having to wait several months for the funds to be refunded because my own credit card company had to do a "non-fraudulent refund", on their end, when the secretary should know how to work her own credit card swiper. It's not hard, I've worked retail with those same machines. Long story short, I offered to let them keep a couple hundred dollas for their trouble after having many hours of my own time wasted. Upon reflection, it was only my time, travel and resources that got wasted. Buyer beware.

A P: I can tell you from experience that Dan Gabriele is amazing at what he does.I was facing a driving while suspended charge (DWS) which (if plead guilty) is an automatic 1 year suspension with 12 points on my license, 1000$ fine, and possible jail time if the prosecutor chose to do so. He charged me half an hour work for a parenting plan I know was made 5 minutes prior to court as I heard him tell paralegal to copy and paste it from an existing plan. Charged me more than the max amount he initially told me. He failed to file QDRO even though I informed him of a 401k, causing me to lose out on 15k (what should have been my half). And he frequently “lost” documents causing me to make numerous unnecessary trips to drop off documents I had already provided.

Berg's Security Llc: Worst lawyer I've ever met Joe O'Hara fabricated our statement kept us in the dark the whole time claims to have done 1,200 dollars worth of work yet we made a lot of the calls he was supposed to make kept continuing the court hearings to benefit him and also doesn't research his way around certain areas and dropped us back in January and did not inform us and let us dangle on a hook until the state of Missouri picked the case up and he still didn't inform us after we paid him 850 dollars plus the amount of a fine and that was not finalized and on top of that lied about making calls to find out about the case and wasted our time could have also prevented the state from picking this case up but didn't and we have had to hire a new lawyer for 3,000 and Joe Ohara convinced our insurance company to pay the other driver 30,000 which is more than the states damage allowance and more than the fine and although has not been heard of on the Bar he also spent four months of doing nothing

I was referred to this lawyer, by another lawyer named Mike Clayman, When I received my settlement, I requested they do not take taxes from my settlement, and that I would be responsible for my own taxes. Kevin Baldwin took taxes from my check and also, the alon Group, aka McDonald's gave me a payroll check, saying that I worked from August 25,2021 thru September 11,. 2021. I have a payroll check stub, as if I worked for that time period, and I didn't!! I believe funds were stolen from me , between the two,. In conclusion, they were the best of friends,, which means they work together.. a lot of evil lurks,, for they come in the best of suites.
