Kerry Hopkins: In an absolute panic, and right at the end of the day, I called Emerald Court Reporting today and requested that they cover a deposition that was supposed to be happening quite literally at the moment I was calling. Tammy answered the phone and jumped into action. She located a court reporter very close to the deposition and got that person's agreement that they could be there in FIVE MINUTES.The problem ended up getting resolved in the meantime, and Emerald ended up not needing to cover today's deposition, but I am absolutely blown away by Tammy's fantastic customer service (and that of the unnamed court reporter as well).
