Cody McKown: I recently made the choice to upgrade my kitchen counters, and my cousin used Legendary Stone and referred me to them. He's rather strict about vetting people who do work on his home (as am I), so I thought I'd give them a shot. I worked with David, and he was excellent. He went above and beyond to walk me through the process and help me pick the perfect piece, and sent someone out to take specific laser measurements to ensure a perfect fit. I also chose a sink through them that would match the look of my new kitchen. Shortly after receiving my quote, I was deployed the Louisiana for a hurricane. David was exceptionally patient and helped me through the process of the install, plumbing connect/disconnect, and installation of the sink. We were able to coordinate the install while I was away.Upon arrival home, I was thrilled with the countertops. They looked amazing and fit perfectly. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was a minor issue with the stone when it was installed that was NO FAULT of David or the install crew. It looked like there may have been a small chip in the stone. I later learned that this was natural, and probably should've just had it explained to me rather than the crew attempting a repair. That being said, the install crew later came and tried to fix it and I wasn't happy with the result. However, David DID make it right. He went above and beyond to work with me to repair the piece, and then ultimately we decided to replace the piece at no charge. The minor reduction in score is only because I felt that had the install crew not tried to make changes to the stone when I was curious about the appearance, I would've been more than happy with the original piece. Chips and blemishes are natural since it IS stone.If I were to make a recommendation to the company, it would be that the sales person follows up in person in the home to address any questions or concerns immediately following the install, and free up the install crew for other jobs. However, there was likely a disconnect as I arrived a couple days after the install and didn't get to speak to the installers immediately after.All in all, they did a great job. David was exceptional at helping resolve the issue with the piece and I'm happy with the newly cut stone. The seams in the other pieces around the kitchen are incredibly discreet and you'd never know they were there. This company backs their work, and while there are certain things that you'll have to accept since you are installing a natural product, they will do the best they can to make it the center piece of your home. I will definitely use them again for any project that they are suited for.

They were patient with me as they walked me through all of the decision making I needed to do to get my countertop on order. Chad, their estimator, came over a few days later and laser measured the space to get exact measurements. Incredibly, the countertop was ready by the following week!Today Romeo and Alex arrived and were completely done with the install in what seemed like 10 minutes! Romeo even fixed an issue I was having with another piece of granite I had in another part of the house. These guys are incredible! I was VERY happy with the quality, professionalism, and the priority service they gave my job. I will definitely use again!

The suggested bevel enhanced the beauty of this piece.The cut from the piece was exactly what I wanted.An absolutely wonderful experience from first entering the showroom to final installation.

Like I have seen in a lot of comments we worked with Robyne, and she was so wonderful. Through our process, we actually worked with all of the sales staff at some point and they were all professionals and obviously on the cutting edge of the design industry. I knew that I wanted some sort of wood-look tile but we were also working on a budget that would also reflect a little bit of “me”. The selections were SO BEAUTIFUL, and I am so grateful for the time that Robyne and all of the team took with us to figure out selections that came in at a reasonable price point. She even went the extra mile to order samples that were not available in the showroom so we could ensure I got exactly what I had in mind. The tile came in a little high for our budget, so we actually ended up choosing some Masland carpet for our stairs and great room. She helped us choose a carpet that would stand up to our busy household full of kids and dogs. Robyne also helped us make some design choices like grout colors and picking the right size tile for a half bath off the hallway. I don’t think we would have felt confident in these decisions without her expertise.Once we made selections Laura handled the ordering and scheduling our installation. The process of timing everything just right is always a balancing act, but Laura and the installers were very flexible and communicative throughout the process. Our installers were AMAZING. The details that they caught were just awesome. You can probably see where all of the little tiles at the edge of the bathroom door are all cut exactly the same and the bathroom looks like it is perfectly square - our house was built in 1981, and I can tell you it is not. Even around a fireplace where we repaired some settling, the tilers made the area look clean and square, which was no easy task with 3’ plank tile!Long story short – we will definitely be using Midand Marble again. If they treat you the way they treated us, you definitely can’t go wrong

Brian Wilhite: I wish I went in to purchase a bunch of lumber to build a 10 x 12 deck 4 ft high off the ground with a walkway 20 ft long 5 ft wide 4 foot off the ground to an existing deck well I was loading up the lumber one of the employees in the department for treated lumber stood and watched me load my cart didn't bother to help me or even asked if I needed help until the last two boards that I purchased. Then after checkout no one asked me if I needed help loading up and there was another gentleman waiting outside that had just purchased 30 bags of cement that had been requesting someone to help him load because he couldn't do it by himself. While I was loading up, a young kid came outside that works in the pro department area I assume, helped him load two bags of cement and then went back inside. Now when somebody comes in and makes a huge purchase like we did you would think that there would be employees or staff willing to help you but in this case no one did.

Janell Spears: Went here in hopes of purchasing a lawn mower. Most looked rusty and some even looked used. Several options were 100$ or more over the msrp price. We had questions regarding one that we were hoping to purchase and waited 30mins until we decided they obviously didn't care and weren't worth their time. We left empty handed. The last time we came we purchased about 10 bags of sand and rocks. Bought another 7 of mulch and had 3 employees walk by as we were obviously struggling to load. Rude and lazy employees

Gail: Purchased brushed granite countertops from Alex at Sash Granite & Stone. I experienced poor communication and poor installation. He provided an estimate based on measurements I provided and I authorized him to cut the countertops. I received a call approximately a week later to schedule installation. It was not until AFTER installation did he mention the additional $1200 difference in his measurement and the initial estimate. You would think that a difference of $1200 would be worth mentioning prior to cutting and installation scheduling. Regarding Installation - The quality of the countertop seams was terrible, they weren’t level and were very visible. When you ran your hand across the seams you could feel a height difference between the 2 pieces of granite. Alex came out to inspect and stated that there was basically nothing that he could do to fix the issues (that his installers caused) on brushed granite. A reputable company would have offered to replace a poor quality product they installed. Lastly, I noticed that water was not beading up on the countertop. Which lead me to suspect that they had not sealed the countertop. Sure enough I purchased some granite sealer and applied it….. now water droplets bead up. Would definitely not use or recommend Sash Granite and Stone.

Initially I was stuck between plumber and granite guys while planning the fix as they don't interoperate much. After calling Gaumats it sounded pretty easy. Picked my model from their wide ranges of sinks and granite. Got them scheduled in 4 weeks. They laser measured everything. Showed up right on time. Install was very seamless beyond my experience. I was worried about the existing backsplash when they replaced the granite as there was a metal panel holding it to the wall. But they did everything fixed like a Lego model. Overall I would rate 5 star and recommend them for sure. I found them on Google. So leaving my candid feedback for their awesome service. Thanks!
