Ashley N Still: I went there for family counseling or more like “we’re going to allow every person to attack you in hateful way.” To the point I got up and walked out. He said you can’t read body language or count for the way she’s talking. My sister was talking extremely snooty as if she better than ever person, she’s never once talked to this way. Then he started doing it. Disrespectful, rude. I thought family counseling was suppose to help, not destroy and end relationships. I’ve cried since 2 and asked for call back so he that understood why I walked away. I was excessively attacked by him and her. Basically, if you want to be punching bag and be bullied even more so. Go here. Won’t be going back. I would negative 5 stars if I could. He said he had 15 years of experience and dr degree. I’ve never seen a therapist attack someone.it was Langdon. No call back.

Jason P: With anything 'psychological', you tend to see only the bad stuff. Contrary to some of these reviews, they do have set policies on call-backs and reliable scheduling. I've known a few others who have been treated at one of their locations and did well also.

Taylor Sifford: Horrible. I scheduled 2 times over the past 2 years with Aaron Henderson and he cancelled both appointments because of "emergencies". Ok fine, I let them go and just moved on each time.Then I call back a few months later to try again and they call me back saying that I was a no show to the first 2 attempts and this is my last chance to show up.Completely false. Done trying with this terribly run place.

Justin Thibault: HORRIBLE service!! would never recommend Madison avenue or even worse specifically MARNI SHRUM to ANYONE!! EVER!! The way she handles her business is completely unprofessional. I would confidently say she has a cancel rate of AT LEAST 50%. That's at least 50% of the time that she would cancel my appointment! And at time with only hours notice! If i cancel there was fee, but was then any compensation when she canceled? Of course not! People go to a psychological professional to get help, not to have half there appointments canceled on short notice!AAANNNDDDD! On top of that! when we finally got sick of it and stopped going she sends a bill for balance due, which I'm okay with, she did perform services so i understand there is a bill due, but she was told to send it to collections and we would pay it when we financially could! and she went through and started charging any card shed ever been given until one went through!MARNI SHRUM was a terrible therapist, and very unprofessional! I would never recommend her or Madison Avenue to anyone! Stay away, find a real prefessional!

Vicki Gutierrez: Waited 1 1/2 hours. We were asked who we were to see & if we had our paperwork filled out. We had everything. 45 minutes after our appt time I knocked on the door to find out the therapist had left. She had called me at home & personally set up this appt. She remembered nothing. We wasted so much time & I pulled my daughter out of school for nothing. If you set up an appt, you should write it down & show up.

Emily Butterfield: If I could I would give 0 stars. I went there and was diagnosed but have never been able to get my paperwork sent to my doctor to be treated! Now I have to start all over and it qas a waste of time and money! Thanks for screwing with your patients! Idiots

Riley Ensz: As someone who never thought I'd need counseling, I'm so thankful for God's provision of this counseling center with Dr. Smith and his team. There was some serious  misconceptions that I had about God and what He wanted from me that led me to a deep spiral that I couldn't escape. I'm entirely grateful that this was the counseling center that I chose that regrounded me by getting to the deepest roots of my problems and put the truth of God's Word in their place. I was never beat over the head with a Bible or belittled in my fallacies, but rather forced to wrestle with them in light of God's Word. This is the first place I recommend to any friends and family. Truly transformative!
