G Smith: Dr Muller is unethical and reckless. Over 10 years ago I made the ill-fated decision to trust him and let him touch my face. I was looking into a facelift to address jowls and marionette lines. Dr Muller suggested a facelift/necklift, he gently pressed my face back (which looked great, of course) promising that would be my result and MOST IMPORTANTLY, said my eyes would not be affected. Dr Muller promised I would look great. Looking back, I was only 36 years old! I needed a mini-lift at the most, and had no business having such an invasive procedure as a face/necklift at such a young age. I saw him at least 3-4 more times just to BE SURE we were both on same page, this was major surgery--he continually put me completely at ease, that he knew what I wanted, was confident he could do it and I would love it. I trusted him completely as a doctor and an "expert" and felt completely confident having this done, even brought my husband to one of the consults and he trusted him as well.--what a foolish and horrible mistake!I ended up w/an aggressive lift, like I was 60 years old. Not individualized for my face structure, age, etc.. Just "yanked me pretty hard" (his words). Take your lower face and cram it into your midface. my cheek contours gone, left w/a full, wide, eggshaped face that changed and distorted my entire face, including my eyes. I look unnatural and strange and very unattractive. I used to be attractive with beautiful eyes. I've since learned that if you are too young for such an invasive procedure, you end up and distorted and unnatural looking.The reality was awful and nothing he had promised. He had permanently changed my looks for the worse!During sugery, he said he'd had trouble reattaching my right earlobe (they are small) so he manhandled it back onto my face. He's a plastic surgeon yet doesn't possess the skill required for delicate facial surgery?! I ended up w/an infection around that ear, massive swelling that pulled on the sutures and obvious white scars around my ear and neck. Pixie ears on both sides from too much tension on the sutures. Complications that were barely addressed if not breezed over during my consults.He didn't take ANY 'before' photos, muchless 'after', and didn't even realize it until my followup, when I was quite unhappy, and he was searching through my chart for them. He never asked to see any younger pictures of my face.Also, he didn't 'draw' on my face right before surgery, just turned my head to each side making 'mental marks'? near my ears--while I was SITTING UP even though I'd be lying down during surgery(?!)--I foolishly thought 'wow, he must be REALLY good!' Ugh, I felt so stupid and naive and tricked! When your not happy w/the mess they made, suddenly your expectations are unrealistic and they just want you to go away.I need revisions and scream 'bad plastic surgery' I was a 'teachable moment' for one PS who was mentoring a new doctor as he pointed out what NOT to do--white, 'train track' suture scars, pixie ears, overall unnatural pull, etc.. Humiliating.DO NOT UNDERestimate the tremedous toll bad results will have on every aspect of your life. Friends, family, strangers react negatively and your life is forever changed. I thought with time, things would soften and I could live w/it, as I am terrified to go under the knife again, unfortunately, I've learned the hard way you cannot put back what was taken and the shock and shame never end. I would do anything to go back to my old face.My treatment by Dr Muller was sloppy, completely reckless and his handiwork left me UGLY. I believe he is unethical, careless and does not take his work/lack of skills and the impact on patients (me!), seriously. BEWARE!

Vicky Wirtz: Dr. Elizabeth Killion is AWESOME! For me at 67, beauty is arriving "dry"! As if bladder leakage isn't enough..... adding diuretics was a nightmare. Instead of additional medications or surgery, Dr. Killion recommended the new Emsella. All I had to do was sit on the "throne" for 6 30 minute treatments. NO pain, NO fuss. After only 2 treatments, no more accidents. Good bye diapers.... hello pretty panties!! Each treatment is supposed to equal 10,000 kegals. Bonus benefits? :)

Sarah Johnson: I set up a consultation with Dr. Chattre for eyelid surgery and a laser peel, at the depth that only a doctor, not a tech is allowed to conduct. He charged me $50 for the consultation. Then he was 50 minutes late for our 15 minute consult. He kept trying to tell me to do several lesser laser treatments, which would cost more, rather than the single ablative one. He said it was to avoid the downtime, but I clearly told him I had planned for the downtime. I felt like he didn't listen at all and was just trying to charge me more. Finally, even though I decided not to go with him, they never gave me the quote they said they were going to send that day. Which means the $50 they said would be applied towards my surgery just evaporated. Not impressed.
