Cody Croan: This is a processing facility for the Mid-Continent Public Library. It does not provide library services, but the staff are always kind and can give directions to the nearest library branch just two miles west on 24 highway.
Joycelyn Burgo: This is an outstanding public library system with high quatlity resouces, programming, collections, customer service and facilities.

Kevin Kitsmiller: Time to clean house at the Genealogy center start with Cheryl. She was rude to our kids that we brought in to learn the tools available and she did not know how to work with the group. She may have been good in her prime 50 years ago but she needs to go to pasture. Not because of age but she is very unprofessional. Tax dollars down the drain with Cheryl.

Mid-Continent=Revolving Door/Revenue LossI don't know who is running the show over there but I was talking to a dear friend of mine who used to work at this library and discovered that there has been a massive change between when Mr. Ferguson ran this business and when Steve Potter took charge. I was told by over 3 different independent sources how Ferguson would hire local people, and fight for them to STAY EMPLOYED long enough at least to get their RETIREMENT. Now on the books MCPL hires over 80% of their employees from outside the area, while Independece and Jackson county tax dollars feed their pay they no longer fight for employee rights. I'm told they have an axeman named Don Bridgforth that "quietly gets the job done" when they want to get rid of people internally, and at the branches it is nothing more than a free for all. All I have to say is Mr. Potter what happened? If mrs. Truman was alive today who tried so hard to start one of the first libraries in Independence she would be ashamed.

Celeste Davis: I needed to find an IdentoGO to get fingerprints done to do a background check to start a new job. It was seeming impossible, especially with it being afternoon and the day before Thanksgiving. I saw that this particular IdentoGO was located inside of the Noland Plaza Office Building, and actually accepted walk-ins. Sara made getting my digital prints done....a breeze! This was an excellent experience! Top notch employee!

Shelley Just Me: Simply had an appointment here. Was pleasant and clean. Very quiet. Almost the feeling of being empty. But, I knew where I was going so I had gone straight there and it was fairly close to the entrance. Plus it was on the main floor.I can't give you anything more on this office building.I can say the office I visited was virtually empty, one or two other people other than staff. The person who helped me was amazing. Helped me with all my craziness and confusion... just about what all I needed to have. I was lucky to have had all I needed to have. Especially since she was contending with people on the phone and me, and someone else who happened in while I was standing there filling out a form. She was definitely on the ball.The office I was in was nicely kept. Clear of clutter and clean.The parking lot was also kept nice.
