Ready Cleaning Services LLC Kansas City: Very unprofessional company. They hired us to do their cleaning and start the cleaning this Weekend and we started this Sunday. All of this communication was with Charlie who emailed back all details saying yes looks good and please come in for a final walk through with him. We did that then we arrive today on a Sunday to clean around 7-7:30 pm. Get done with all of the cleaning even the bathroom. Next starting the carpet Cleaning that was requested just for Charlie and another guy to come in to say we were never hired. Now on their door to their office there is a code to enter the building and it is highly secured with cameras to watch our every move which was not the problem.My problem would be that Charlie Provided us with the code to enter and agreed that we were hired by providing us with the code for entry. Very unprofessional to fire a cleaning crew on their first day and then lie and say we were never hired. I have all communication through email and it does not look pretty. If a company was not hired to do your cleaning then why provide them with the code to enter into the building. The cameras document every motion and they waited until we were done with the cleaning to come up with an excuse that makes no sense.That is very inconsiderate to hire a company. There are cost involved with hiring anyone to do a job. Childcare for those with children, supplies, time and gas. It’s a shame that this had to happen because we are a licensed and insured business here locally that have worked with many people in the past and have reviews also. They would not have contacted us from anywhere else but google. We were treated horribly and all of this could have been prevented and they could have avoided a bad review. With us being a company who loves reviews I really did not want to leave this review but I had to because I feel like we were very mistreated and treated a different way for different reasons that I will not say on here but completely uncalled for and this will need to be rectified as soon as possible.
