Randy Richmond: My appointment was at 2pm got out at 4:45 pm. Paperwork said 41k got weighed and I was 81k total and now they are closed and have to wait till morning to get adjusted and lost my next load of 2400.00 ugh!

EW Washington: Loaded here but entrance a lil confusing entrance was was further down. Once loaded was told to walk to trailer and receive bol there two windows and was not told that I needed to go to second window so I stood there a moment before they rudely pointed to second window to get bol. Like I was supposed to know already 😠

Orlando Ramirez: La señora que atiende en la entrada muy agresiva, tengan cuidado al dar reversa con los muros de piedra, es una cueva y hay poco espacio para maniobrar pero se puede bien , me descargaron rápido , ojo si llevan otra tirada revisen que esté en el trailer porque a mi me lo bajaron todo y me tuvieron que montar lo que faltaba para atrás. Jagga LA: The lady here in guard check in Very rough she had told me we are only accept for check by appointment time very strict and they took 5hr to get empty my trailer and only thing is good here like over Night parking but no restroom for driver
Jeremy Shirah: I guess these people are just all thieves. Had two load straps on the trailer so they could secure my load. They bring the trailer back closed and sealed so I didn't know they had stolen my straps until I was 600 miles away. Don't leave stuff in your trailer. They will steal them!

Live free Or die: 1 star regarding the treatment, specifically the lady with tattoo who work in the office. She's super rude and unrespectful with us essential workers. She needs training, because behavior like that is not acceptable.

Phyllis Moyer: I'm giving them 5 stars because the staging area is very roomy. DO NOT arrive late. They don't do work ins. I was 3 hours late due to load being 1,000 lbs overweight out of Mexico. Currently waiting for dispatch to decide what I am supposed to do.

STAN URCHMAN: Good place to PU, Fairly quick loading, make sure to precool b4 arrival. Located in a cave. No phone network but you can connect to their guest wifi which is cool.Note: It's really tight inside the cave so slide tandems all the way front b4 going in and b4 coming out else u might scratch the stone wall.

michael sales: Got hurt on the job and kept in contact with Bill and Bill assured me my job was here when I came back . Came back and guess what no job . I think it is funny how this job would lie to you after I broke 3 fingers and got 6 pins in my fingers what a great place .
K T: It doesn't happen often. But here I liked it. Loading is done in a cave. Get ready that there will be no mobile communication. But I was loaded quickly 30-40 minutes.

They have Overnight parking (but there's a Loves & Pilot a few miles up the road exit 55), Inside restroom, a small driver louge with coin vendor machines & a microwave. Pay attention to the map the letters & numbers on the walls. Watch ur speed and the walls. Enjoy the view 😂.
Eric Wallis: Great facility! Came in at 0830 for 0900 appt and was immediately given a door. Checked out at 0915. They unloaded me in no time at all. Friendly people and plenty of room to park outside gate. Park first then walk over to security office to check in.

Garbo Trucking: Old cafe just a little bit of paying attention would pay off. I was assigned door B which I think was one of the easy docks. One way keep right until u exit. In and out 1hr I can’t complain
