Jack B Hartman: The staff is very friendly. I was able to do 10 loads for $12 in one of their super capacity washers. Their dryers are always free.
Mary Searcy: I like this laundry matt but when you pay a $1.00 extra for hot water / I would like to have hot waterI asked the attendant on duty she said your paying for extra wash time not hot waterIf not they need to cover up or put up a sign that says no hot waterwater button
Stephanie Brooker: Free dry still, but now you have to pay .50 cents a cup for soap. Going high on machines now it's very sad and disappointing.

william eads: It's a laundry house what's not to love about it. Since we found this place, I don't make the wife go down to the creek and beat the clothes on a rock to wash them. It's so much easier for her now.

Lori Tweedy: I was not a happy camper when my washer stopped working. However, it was not as bad as my memories from at least 30 years ago. The Wash House has so many washers and dryers that I never had any trouble finding them available. Always super clean. Clients have been kind hearted people that needed a temporary solution just like me.

Heather Cole: So I have noticed quite a few people saying that the wash house doesn’t have signs saying that is wash house parking only. And that there vehicles have been getting towed with out the signs. But there is in fact signs posted all around the building, stating that it is wash house only parking and if you park there and go to one of the other businesses that your vehicle will be towed. since I’ve been going there I know for a fact that signs have been up since at least February 2023.

dave zibro: Landrymat had nice washers & dryers, dryers were not free like previous review stated. Place wasn't clean and lady attendant wasn't polite. I asked a ? and she stated she doesn't have time, she wants to get the hell outta of there. Lee's Summit location always clean and real nice attendants, I will go there next time.
Desiree Reese: First time customer. Not gonna lie I was nervous/scared going here because of some of the comments I saw reading. But it's a very nice place. Clean. You can tell they take care of their machines. My clothes didnt come out smelling funny. They actually smell like the soap i used Pretty busy on Sundays. The lady that was working today was very nice and helpful.
Lazlo Layzlow: Just needed to wash my work clothes. Only used washing machine. No dryer. Seemed expensive but my clothes got cleaned. Tbh I don't know how that machine got them that clean. I'm a mechanic and had a layer of grease on everything. Was kinda impressed

Sue Owens: I like this because it has many size washers to use with different prices. m any dryers along one wall and also a service where you can drop your clothes off to be serviced. The day I went was Tuesday and there were many people but not overcrowded . Hot water and fast dryers and clean inside, has two change machines and a atm. Nice
Larry Osborne: Only a couple dryers do not get hot at all. Initially I put a dollar in the top dryer and the one directly below it, and when I checked the clothes, was not even warm. One of the $6.25 washers did not recognize the dollar coins I put in it as a dollar but as a quarter.
Natalie Mackey: Their machines are overpriced. They charge your card $25 until you are done washing, when I do not spend that much, it is ridiculous. I found one, that only charges you for your laundry. So overcharging at the start, is just greedy. I do recommend other laundromats, but not this one.
Sharon Casey: I come to this location at least 2 times a month, and I spend 35.00 to 50.00 each time. Today, all of the carts were being used, so I asked the lady behind the counter if I could borrow one of the ones she had. She gave it to me but acted like it was a major inconvenience. If this is a problem I can certainly take my 75.00 to 100.00 to another facility.
Jacob Boles: Saw some people park their car to split up. One went to the laundry mat the other to the dispensary next door. Not 5 mins passed and a tow truck was hooked up. Talk about sketchy. Hope the owner doesn’t allow this to go on or he’ll loose business

Tara Smith: The coin machine took my money and the attendant was not able to help me. She had to call the owner which had to take my name and number to "review" the tapes. The employee said it was going to take 48 hours. Use coins at your own risk.
Stacey Rhymes: MegaWash KC has a device that cleans and disinfects the machines and I love this! Plus they have enough room for me to sort and fold.
Martony Cowan: Cleanest machines and great service. The only woman I see here is always moving, cleaning, and helpful with advice on what machines to use. She had me download the laundry boss app and I get a free $5 for every $20 I put in the kiosk! I won't go nowhere else.

Chandra Payne: Gladstone, by far the cleanest and most efficient laundromat I have used in the past seveal years. If my clothes could smile, they would be very happy, so fresh fresh and clean clean. The clothes have a fresh clean smell right out of the dyer.

Maurice Logan: First time going to this laundromat and had a great experience! The attendant was very helpful with explaining how the washers and dryers work! You have several was to pay for a washer and/or dryer! You can either pay the traditional way or you can pay by debit/credit card or you can use an app called Laundry Boss! The app was simple to use and extremely convenient!!! This will be my go to laundromat from here on!!
Sasha Minx: It's like the place location is convenient but the efficiency washing machines barely put any water in your cycle. And this isn't applied to those loads that may be stuffed to the brim. The floors and areas could be wiped down a bit more frequently. The push for electronic pairing with the washers and dryers they an app is Ok but shouldn't prevent you from using some machines because of this added feature.
