Carl Caruso: Nice, professional, secure little coin and bullion store front. First thing I appreciated was how the entrance/exit is designed. There's a vestibule area you walk into first, where another door that is lock controlled by the owner opens to the show floor. Seemed to have lots of numismatic goodies as well as bullion type coins and secondary market precious metals. I went in a couple weeks ago to liquidate some 5oz silver bars. Total 30oz. The transaction was swift, to the point and professional. I was offered fair market value for all 30oz, with a little bonus sprinkled on top for some sweet Italprizoli 5oz silver bars 15oz total. I will absolutely return to buy/sell in the future. Thanks for your integrity. When it's time to sell precious metals, it can be frustrating to say the very least. It's still sort of a "wild west" commodity that can have 20 different prices from 20 different sellers. Peace🕉️🙏

the “CravedCarvedPumpkind”: Good store. Not very many foreign coins, but a great place to get coin supplies and silver bullion. I wish that I could look through their big boxes of silver coins and pick out coins rather than having to get a bunch at once, and not even being allowed to pick them out.
Mary Brann: This is a great store for anyone interested in coins or selling gold/silver! I’ve visited numerous coin stores in the KC area & this is my favorite-for both selling & buying. They’ve always been extremely fair to me. The first time I sold them a few coins, I was a complete novice & didn’t even realize the rarity of one of my coins. Gratefully, they were honest, told me the value & paid better than all previous offers. Now this is my “go to” store for everything from selling scrap gold/silver, to buying coins & coin supplies.

Kris Wells: I used to do business when this was Gold Rush and they had a great crew. I thought it had gotten evenbetter with the new ownership. However they make their own hours, if they show up at all. The phone number is on all sites are inaccurate except for one which is a direct line to the owner who never returns response or answers her messages if you call the store it will ring with no answer without an option to leave a voice message.However they have a 'schedule now' option on their Facebook page was the exception of their automatic response you can book an appointment but every time no one will confirm or follow up or show up for your schedule appointment no matter how far in advance. If you do show up in person they are closed with no open sign yet lights and people are clearly inside. if you're lucky to get inside you're told they're only buying gold and silver and the owner is never there, shady loitering and operations seem to go on there more often than not. But they clearly don't want to make money from people who have valuable and desirable items to sell. I've given them so many chances to fail on any level of professionalism consistency or a standard of just doing legitimate business it's unfortunate the guys before them did great and treated people right.

cee gee: Have soured on this place. Brought my dad' s collection in they rated it poor but now has it displayed for sale with outrageous prices. Don't forget to price shop before you go into this shop. I know I didn't have to sell it but also know I don't have to buy anything. They WERE coins from my collection. I evan asked you about some of them when you sorted .3 month update: Have not been back because I have found a couple of better shops and respectable dealers....I should NOT have to make a counter offer if your a honest dealer..........
Deb Kundert: I sold some gold jewelry here after first going to Rodgers Jewelers where the guy there tried to cheat me out of over $100. This place is awesome and I recommend it if you do not want to be taken advantage of.

Roger Manley: Stay away. Didn’t see the sign and pulled on the door. Waited for a few moments and tried again and still could not gain access. Not to worry I have other things to do do but then I’m at the other end of the parking lot almost to my vehicle and this crazy lady comes out and starts barking at me. I told her cheerily that it was not a big deal , that I had come to browse and would return at a future time, but she insisted on barking at me as if we were engaged in an argument. Three guesses as to whether or not I will EVER visit this place and what it insinuates to me how their business transactions are run.

GGsmallfries: First time customer, arrived at 4pm on a Friday and they were already closed. I looked at the hours on window and they were scratched off (10:00- :00). Says online they should be open till 5pm. Just wasted an hour of my time. I have small children leaving the house and going anywhere is a lot of work. When I finally got my kids back in their carseats and the stroller disassembled I watched two other customers also get turned away for the same reason. Drove up there and they were closed. I watched their confused faces and just felt bad for them as well. Won’t be back.

The last time I stopped by, I was purchasing some of the classic Whitman folders for my son, who’d shown an interest in coin collecting. The owner was extremely patient, answered all of my questions. Before I left, he asked me the year my son was born & after telling him, he gave me a mint set of coins from that year, as a gift to my son! Such customer service is a rarity these days & I genuinely appreciated it.

Seems this location couldn’t afford to pay anything so he assume it was a fake coin. But we had already prior been other places! Was told don’t go here. They were absolutely right. The older man seem very judgmental immediately telling me our coin was fake and didn’t wanna accept our coin because we feel that were African decent.
