Thank you to Chuck for getting this sorted you, Quench is lucky to have you!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I don’t normally leave bad reviews as I try to handle the issue privately and not damage a company’s reputation because I understand that mistakes happen. I see other positive reviews on here so maybe this is an isolated issue. I know they are going through a merger/acquisition right now so I’m sure things have been a little chaotic. However, that does not excuse completely ignoring customers with broken machines! Our machine has been broken for about 3 weeks now. I have spent hours on hold over the course of 5 or so phone calls. The customer reps I have spoken to have been very kind but pretty much told me all they could do was “escalate the priority of my case”. I was told multiple times I would be receiving a call in the next few days to schedule someone to repair the machine. I have NEVER received a call back. I have essentially begged them to come fix our machine as we have an entire office of people who do not have access to clean water at the moment due to our machine being broken. I asked to just cancel the service and come get their outdated and broken machine last week since I was so fed up with being ignored. I was told I would receive an email with details on how to cancel the service, never received an email. At this point I just want to hire a new company. Today the customer service rep said they escalated my case to the “highest priority”… again. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told I would receive a call from a supervisor by the end of the day, never did. After not being followed up with, I called again a few hours ago (during normal business hours), waited on hold for 40 minutes, and then was sent to voicemail!!! Nothing against the customer service reps AT ALL, I know there is not much they can do from their end. This review is a last ditch effort to try and get someone to help me out. This is honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a company.
