Angela W: This store is so disorganized. I felt so much anxiety. Shoes were tossed all around in the floor. Employees were not the nicest, on edge maybe. Something needs to change. It wasn't not a very good experience.
skyrover100: I went in Ross yesterday to get a travel bag. They had a huge selection as a man was bringing more out. Another lady came over with a kids bag and told him it stayed there and she started an argument with him in front of us and is being terrible and I quote in front of me she says I'll write you up of you move it so hateful. Regardless of who's right that was something I feel needed done in a office in private. That man was so embarrassed and kept looking our way. It was very unprofessional. If you treat employees like that you can't have my money. Ross get your employees trained in management!!!

I was shocked to see there were more items filling the racks..But as one reviewer commented...It is stuff everywhere....makes the shopping experience a little hectic. Ladies you could really work on your customer service also.. You shouldn't be so busy communicating to your coworkers about blasay-blasay...That you don't even greet your customer..nor say thank you. Emily Hanes: I went today (Monday afternoon around 245pm) and the store was an absolute mess. There was product EVERYWHERE. Like piles and piles I had to step over. Things were just shoved on shelves and there was zero organization. It felt like I was walking through a hoarders house. It was so overwhelming I couldn’t even shop. So we just left.. please work on inventory and keeping store organized.

Mandy Campbell: You must go see Ashley. She was wonderful and she made my experience with returning and reordering flawless. She loves her customers and her job. You can't find customer service like this in retail anymore. She was the only one working and she made sure everyone was taken care of. She has my business. I'll drive 2 hours to see her again, well worth the drive . She need recognition for a job well done.

Lisa Balentine: We usually go to the Windsor at Oak Park Mall to shop for dresses for my daughter for school dances. That place is a nightmare! Clothes everywhere, no organization of any kind (size, color, nothing!) super messy and crowded. Last weekend we were in the area so we decided to pop in to this location at Independence Center. Holy cow! This location is so well organized and clean! The staff was helpful and cheerful. I was shocked at the difference in the two locations!! We definitely will be making the drive to this location from now on! Was there glitter on the floor….yes, but it’s literally filled with glitter covered dresses. Get over that.

The dressing rooms were kind of messy and had dirt and glitter all over the floors. The workers weren’t really paying attention to people shopping or trying on dresses until they were already doing it. They kinda had an attitude if you took more dresses in than you were supposed to.
Defernaut Rs: Horrible rude service from Management, they only carry small and extra small sizes, and what they do have is all broken, see through, or sequins/glitter fallen off. I'd rather buy off Amazon to get a nice dress that's not broken and not have to be talked down to about how I want a dress that isn't broken that also fits.
Brooke Stewart: Literally no size in this store was bigger than a Large, their target audience is small petite girls or women with unnatural BBLs. It's completely embarrassing to try on 5 or more dresses and none of them look good on or fit a plus size girl and I'm not that big only 180 lbs and 5 ft 3.

I’ve never had any issues. This is easily one of the best stores in the mall. Still in business for a reason and expanding. Don’t mind the most recent ones that are talking smack because that’s just an ex employee making fake accounts who got fired and is mad.
Deight Grape: No one in here understands any Spanish anymore. The employees responses are always snarky and short. They were too lazy to even get a dress off a mannequin for us after we asked.
Kount Krackula: The tall manager girl is rude, always too busy leaning over and reading paperwork to be able to help customers, she'll just walk away without even acknowledging you. Everyone in there keeps saying they don't know anything, so I guess literally everyone there is new and untrained? This place used to be good, I don't know why everyone in here sucks at their job now.

Elizabeth and Destiny spent a ton of personal time with my daughter assisting with styling and finding her absolute perfect dress. I was worried about looking for a dress so late in the season but the store was well stocked and beautifully displayed. Our stylist team made the process so easy despite being understaffed. Thanks to the Windsor girls for helping my baby find the perfect dress!

Christine Pickens: Let me about the wonderful employee that answered her the phone her name was Bridget. I was looking for a specific size in specific items in a larger size for an individual who I was helping. She actually put me on hold without in the sales floor looked for the items came back on the phone with me to let me know what she had and she was going to leave them up front with my name on it. Then when I got to the store all the items were there like Bridget said with my name on them. Then I had asked for her because I wanted to thank her for taking time to talk to me because I had already been to four other stores and had called them prior to them and they said yes and they didn't have items I need it. Then I'll check it out she insured that we knew about the return policy that God forbid everything happened to the items within the year the zipper broke or the button came off or the stitches came out they would replace items how incredible. So I highly recommend Duluth Trading Company. They truly care about the people that come through the door and even call on the phone. Thank You Bridget very much for taking care of us today.

Bethany Wright: The store name is misleading and so are the hours. It implies that the store caters to all of Independence not just the Independence School District. A better name would be All things ISD. Since it is run by the school district it is closed even when the Google listing says it's open like during the summer. I tried to update this but Google couldn't verify it so many more people will go to an empty store. Call first and only go if you want ISD High School stuff. If you need general All things Independence try a Sunfresh, Dollar General, Walmart or order online. There is also a store run by the Jackson County Historical Society inside the historical courthouse that sells Independence. I got great postcards from there and a t-shirt that says I love Independence which also works as a 4th of July. T-shirt anywhere in the country. If you want to represent all of Independence you need to include all of the high schools not just one school district. People move to eastern Independence just to escape ISD and go to Fort Osage. The reverse is not true. Fort Osage football made it all the way to the state championship this year (2022). People choose Fort Osage over the independent School district and make choices about what home to buy based on it being in the photo stage school district because of their better grades and test scores and college acceptance and their athletic programs.
Fawn Thomas: I have gotten multiple items from All Things Independence!!! My kids love that they change styles frequently so when we go, there is always something new for them to get!!! I do wish they had something like this for middle school and elementary schools also!!!
