Alexandra Casser: I need to use lots of foam rubber sponges for my small business, and Sponge Co has by far the best price per unit. I wanted to write this review to let people know how great their customer service is, too. My latest order was accidentally sent to the wrong address due to an error by UPS. I sent Sponge Co an email when I saw it was headed to the wrong address in my UPS account, and they immediately emailed me back apologizing and letting me know they sent a replacement to the right address. I will definitely keep using them and recommending them to anyone who needs sponges.

Lance Windholz: Jack and his team are great to work with. I've purchased three top of the line Landa machines from them. They helped me with custom installations and handle all repairs and preventative maintenance work for me.Having those machines running is incredibly important to my business, and whenever I have an issue their team always gets me in and out as fast as possible.
William Hodges: I called to get a price on a coil for Landa PGHW 5-3000. They said someone who call me back but never did. The lady who answered the phone was very nice. I took my business to Pressure System supply. The said thing is I called three places and only one person replied.

Miho Morse: Every time we ask something to this owner, he acts like we are bothering him. It is clear that if we don't buy from them in a bulk then we are not treated as good ad rest of customers. We quit going here but time to time we stop by since closer than other one who treats us great. We used to just take it but not anymore.
Quinton Cates: went in and spoke to kevin and had an issue with my prochem not starting he was quick to get his mechanic on the problem. his mechanic was very knowledgeable and found a bad temperature switch really quick. kevin helped get the proper temperature sensor ordered and even helped me get a time setup to maintenance my machine full and repair 4 of my broken wands. the entire staff was very knowledgeable about chemicals to presprayers to everything from hwe to lmc. highly recommend this company.
