Michael Hall: Used to be my #1. Stay away from the Elevate 10 packs. Two in a row were really loosely packed. So what was supposed to be .5 were actually .3. I went in today and asked them to open to quality check. ( Product is not sealed. Its just a box that slides open. ) They opened enough to just see the filter. Kinda felt like they knew the product was bad but are trying to push it anyway. I know I cant be the only one to get bad product from Elevate.Update: They haven't fixed the Elevate quality issue but they raised the price 27%.

I spoke with another female staff member who was also super helpful at showing me how to use and set up my pen. I’m his please is awesome with very friendly staff. I would 100% recommend green light in Noland in independence if you want the employees to listen to your concerns and teach you new things!! I will be a returning customer!! Very satisfied
