Schwope Bros Tree Farms: what do users think?
Elnino Cooper: Don't try to do a pickup here and especially during the rainy seasons,,mud everywhere and soon u get to delivery the shipper refuse to approve the washout u ended spending hundreds out of your pocket
Jake Mundy: Dont pick up after themselves. Mud everywhere anytime it rains, tons of dust when it doesnt. The roads around them look like wartime Afghanistan with their constant trucks and equipment going driving.
Truck Driver: Very nice people, they worked very fast to unload full trailer load of plants. Real bathroom you can use.
Laura Thomas: It's a beautiful, well kept Tree Farm, with many varieties of trees. I think it's really cool that it is right across from "Elm Grove" Elementary School. I heard they distribute trees all over the United States.
Nicole Leffel: Cant even keep up on their properties!
Hernan Echeverri: People are nice , be patient if they are loading you

Christmas Ranch Tree Farm: what do users think?
Cara Barnhill: Only had two “fields” open… I guess I may be late to the party for getting a tree but they have a poor selection unless you want a 3-4ft tree…. Really mad I wasted my gas and time to come here for nothing….. please don’t waste your time going here…
Zasha: Friendly place offering free refreshments after you select your tree. Appreciate that they put the tree on the car for you and everything. I subtracted a star only because I feel like for a tree farm they would have a better/bigger selection.. your likely going to end up with a scotch pine as they have the most of those. They do have some decent pre cut trees but the point of the experience is to cut your own. This is my 2nd year visiting. We did go after Thanksgiving this year (Saturday) instead of waiting closer to Christmas in hopes for a better selection but it was much the same.
Joseph Buta: Awesome xmas tree farm.
Carl Dunkin: It was crazy busy the selection was very good and couldn't complain.
Flak Monkey: Weve been going here for the past few years, what brings us back is the awesome staff and relaxed atmosphere.
Addison Lamb: Fantastic! Magic place, friendly staff. People were jumping to help us, and they made it easy to cut down our own tree, which made the experience fun. Complimentary cocoa and cider, and places for kids to run around. It was altogether a very pleasant experience and we'll definitely recommend to friends and neighbors.
Michael Pratt: We came here the day after Thanksgiving 2021 and we're interested in cutting down our own tree. Most of the trees this year were 6ft and under, so we left empty handed. I suspect the better trees were already harvested for the pre cut sales or maybe even shipped in.
Jenny Kerr: Today was I and my son's first time to this tree farm. The kids at the barn were friendly and nice, but I can't say much for the employee out in the north lot with the Gator. When we approached him I told him it was our first time. It was very evident he didn't want to be there, was unfriendly and simply told us which part of the field to look at and offered zero help or even told us what type of trees there were. There were 2 other families there also looking. After we found our tree we cut it ourselves. It wasn't the greatest tree but honestly we weren't up to walking back from the north forty to trek another mile to look at more. After cutting, I looked up to see the employee drive away on the Gator leaving us in the field apparently the only 2 customers left. Had he looked he couldn't miss us since I had a Chiefs shirt on. So we schlepped the tree back to the farm to be charged $48! Had I known the tree would be that expensive we'd have never cut it. But had we had assistance I could have asked prior to cutting. We won't be going back next year. I gave 2 stars because of the 2 employees we did interact with were pleasant.
Larry: Very nice setup with helpful folks. They take cash or card. Can cut your own or pick from pre-cut selection.
TJ Dunkin: Our yearly tradition for over 25 yrs. Opening day was a blast!
Vance: Whole family had fun and the staff were more than friendly. Will return every year from now on.
Heather Bruns: Wow! Cannot say enough great things about this place. Customer service deserves an A ++. This is the place to go in the KC area if you need a real Christmas tree! My family went and bought a large 8 ft. tree for my Mother who has always dreamed of having a real tree for Christmas. We had no idea what we were doing and the staff was super friendly and helpful at directing us to what kind of tree/how tall we wanted. They will tie your tree down for you to your vehicle. They also have nice tree stands and wreaths for sale as well as complimentary homemade cookies and cider while you wait. We will be back next year for sure! Thanks!
Amber Lafferty: Lovely people, very friendly and made us feel very welcomed! We needed a smaller tree this year and they directed us to a field that had smaller cheaper trees, very nice trees. Our girls had a great time as the man let them cut down the tree themselves! We will be back next year, and for a bigger tree!
Luke Mammen: Friendly staff with Santa and a horse drawn hay ride. There are plenty of trees 5ft and under to cut but nothing taller. If you'll have to settle for a pre-cut imported tree for anything taller. We decided to go somewhere else as I feel the experience of cutting a tree is the whole point of going to a Christmas tree farm.
Stephanie Miracle: We go every year to get our tree. Wonderful people
jeffrey drew: It isn’t the biggest farm in the world, but is run by some great folks. They open around thanksgiving and are busy busy busy🎄. Santa is there when he can be. They also don’t charge you an arm and a leg!! Merry Christmas!!!🎄 🎅🏻
Robyn Ritchie: Very disappointed with our family trip to the tree farm. My expectation, based on the website was, we would be able to search the farm for the perfect tree, cut it down and take it home for what I hoped to be the first of an annual tradition. Instead, we arrived and there were no trees that could be cut down and the only trees for purchase were already cut and baled. You could not see them or enjoy the experience of cutting. That being said - we did purchase one of the pre-cut trees and it turned out to be lovely but my sole purpose for driving an hour to a tree farm was for the family memory. Also, the website stated Santa would be there and he was not. So another disappointment for my young children.
Steven & Amanda Tyler: First year trying this tree farm, we did have a great time but there are a few issues. We have never not cut a tree down, at this time they do not have any large trees that aren't precut and placed in a man made hole in the ground with water. With that being said the tree is gorgeous, it's the biggest tree we ever got! They have planted a bunch of trees looks like in about 3/4 years they will be ready. Staff were VERY friendly and welcoming. The horse rides were fun! (Bring some cash for tips), Santa & Mrs. C were there too (my little daughter wasn't too keen on Santa tho... lots of tears lol). They also have the low profile tree stands forsale for a bargain! I have searched high and low for one! We will be coming back, I am all for small town businesses and we had a lot of fun even tho we didn't get to cut our tree down. Thanks guys!
stephen nyberg: A great family tradition! Kids look forward to the horse drawn carage ride and Santa. My favorite is the hot cider and nice people.
Scott Lovell: Very small selection of trees. Found out by taking a closer look at ours when I got it dressed up that it is freakin painted, yes painted.
