Gigi Woodman: Pretty much every video game we played was poorly calibrated.Any shooting games, from rifle types, to jurassic park to ,you name it, didn't aim very well at all. A lot of the controllers were broken ,some really badly ,obviously broken. U already put ur money in by time u can tell it's broken or doesn't work properly.To me this equals a rip off.They have a lot of staff hanging around, but not so much walking the floors to see what's going on.We've gone to other arcades and not had this experience of the machines being so ill calibrated that it was hard to aim. Played games we usually play at the other places, but it just felt like a rip off. And none of us could score the type of scores we typically would. Nope won't go back!

John F: Main event Independence is a fun place to go if you are looking for some variety of activities, such as bowling, arcade games, laser tag, billiards, and karaoke. The place is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food and drinks are decent, but nothing to write home about. The only downside is that the prices are a little high, especially for the arcade games and laser tag. You can save some money by going during the weekday specials or using coupons. I think this place is more suitable for adults or older kids who can enjoy the games and entertainment. I would not recommend it for families with young children, as the area is not very safe or kid-friendly. There are not many attractions or activities for toddlers or preschoolers, and the place can get loud and crowded at night. I would give main event Independence a 4 out of 5 stars for a fun night out with friends or coworkers.

Andrea Allen: Great atmosphere for a good time! The biggest problem was the service in the bowling area specifically. We were never checked on by the staff putting in food orders, additionally the same server requested a tip without providing good service or communication. We basically had to chase him down. We also had to go out of our way to ask for water 3 times!The last problem was the staff busting down the table, he hovered over us RIGHT after our hour was up. I find that very rude cosidering they were hardly present the entire time we were bowling.Train your staff better!

Prices have went up and service has went down.I stood at the bar for 20 minutes being the only customer while a guy I stood behind the glass window leaning his butt on the food surface just staring at me and would not come serve me. finally when the main manager with the keys in the badge came buy he jumped up and ran to help me then.Don't bother trying to call the place the employees refuse to answer the phone. Just imagine how much money they lose on birthday parties or reservations cuz they just won't answer the phone

Thomas Carter: My kids love this place. It's a bit expensive though. I think they out priced themselves for prizes at the arcade. I really haven't tried to much of the menu, but the pizza is okay. The food so far is nothing I'd brag about. I will say that the service was friendly and really quick to respond. I found them attentive and it really made the difference for me as far as visiting.

The women's bowling shoes looked like they'd gone through a shredder... Larger sizes for the men were fine, but smaller sizes are definitely terrible. Super bad initial impression.The bowling alley bar service was very sparse so we ended up walking to the bar to order which seemed to work quicker.

Becky Hyde: Horrible experience!!! This trampoline park is dangerous!!! I hosted a birthday party there last weekend and will never be back. There were not enough employees working and no adults in sight. I was not confident in their ability to keep the kids safe. I only saw one employee on the jump floor and 3 total employees in the building for the entire night. About halfway through the party, all the lights went out. Apparently, this was supposed to happen but we were never informed of this. I think there were supposed to be black lights on but there were only a few colored lights on in the jump area. This resulted in the place being so dark you could not see anything. The foam pit and dodgeball sections were completely dark with no lights at all. We had to walk around with our phone lights to find our children and make sure they were being safe. A few of our party guests left early because of this. Another of our party guests hurt her hand and we were informed they do not keep ice in the building at all. Our party host was useless, and I had to chase her down multiple times because we were not given enough plates/cups/napkins for our party. Our party package came with 2-liter sodas and pizza and I was informed while booking there would be water available as well. The water was a drinking fountain on the other side of the building and one of our pizzas was burnt. Overall, this place is very dangerous and unorganized and I did not feel safe letting my kids jump.

Laura Rey: Good place for kids to jump. Though for a party you can’t bring in your own food. They don’t have their own kitchen but you can order pizza through them. The pizza comes from Costco. Which, I’m not bashing Costco, because their pizza is great, but because of this you can’t add last minute pizzas or just buy additional pizzas just because.

I was especially pleased that I was not forced to buy there trampoline grip socks but could use the ones I already had. It was nice that they allow one parent to jump for free instead of charging to just walk around while the kids jumped.

(oh, and for a place that is pretty much ALWAYS filled with germy kids, the store is very, very tidy.)

Richard Gordley: Chuck e cheese is what it is a children's arcade. I dont expect much, but it would have been nice if the bathrooms had been cleaned. Also, no one was checking people from coming and going. My wife showed up later, didn't get her hand stamped, and walked out with our kids without having a stamp on her hand. But the kids did have fun playing games.

Tara French: They missed we had ordered a cake with my son's party package. I had to ask for it after they sang happy birthday. Then had to wait for it to thaw. When my son turned in his tickets we forgot about his bday watch. When we went back up to turn in the tickets from the watch the guy said he already did the watch and walked away. We went to the machine and checked the balance and he had 120. No one ever came back up to the prize counter.

Maggie Harl: My 3 yo son has ASD, and we were originally worried with how he'd do with the bounce house fan sounds. While he wasn't a fan of those, there was SO much climbing equipment and a quiet back room for toddlers with a ball bit, that he had a blast! The workers were SO kind about our needs and asked regularly how he was doing! Their service was remarkable, everything was very reasonably priced, and we will definitely be coming back!

Alissa Fehr: My family and I are new to the area and my son is now 1.5. It's been cold and I wanted to take him somewhere since we've been inside for awhile. The place is more geared to slightly older kids, but I did find a 3 and under section and my son LOVED that. I have to give it a 4 star because the 3 under section didn't have a lot to offer. I'm still happy I found it though.

Arnie C (Sly): Kids love this place. They can run forever. If it's busy, it can be easy to lose sight of your child, but it's not a huge place so it doesn't take long to find them. Also, word of caution, there's a back door way out of the wooden western village, which leads to a bouncy room. Some times kids end up there. 3 year olds who are going full gear top speed may have difficulty navigating some of the play features, which means boo boos and tears.

Lisa Tracy: This place was a good meet up spot for a play date with my 10 year old and her friend. The price was $14.00 for her to play. It was very warm inside so dress accordingly. It was a cool day when we went and my daughter wished she had worn shorts. Staff was nice. Facility was clean. For the price I can't justify coming regularly.

Callee Botts: I was a gymnast here and when I wanted to tryout for team we got an email from one of the coaches that was supposed to go to my excel coach. That email said that the owner said that I can't even try out. Some of the coaches also were extremely rude and I could see and here all the mean stuff they were doing to the girls and making them cry all the time. I am now at a different gym Diamond academy gymnastics and love everything about it .

Essay Buddy: It’s just ok. My daughter was enrolled in gymnastic courses for 6 months prior to the pandemic. There are about 8 or so kids for each instructor, and they just aimlessly do free play at each station before rotating to the next station. Very little instruction and no improvement whatsoever. It’s just the same thing over and over each class. No direction from the young instructors that help the child actually progress

Tina Davis: So irritated with this place. Grandaughter was taking ballet classes here for almost 3 years. The teachers talked everyone into spending $300 more over the summer for dance camp. Told her how good she is and she will be on the dance team. One week before dance camp was to be done they dropped the whole ballet class. Now my granddaughter has no where else to go. And can't do what she looks ves to do. Shame on those teacher.

Melody Schlake: The new location of Superkidz in Shawnee is amazing. We take our grandkids there frequently and they absolutely love it. Two hour sessions are plenty of time and at least one of them falls asleep on the way home.

If you have 3 packages already then great but enough with the add ons for everything. and if you include food I one package it should be enough for everyone 24 kids and 24 adults what’s the point in 2 large pizzas for such a big group…. Bre Ruckle: My 2 year old daughter absolutely loved this place. We normally attend Fun Run but went out of our way to try this location. We really enjoyed our visit and the pricing is relatively cheap!

Lubna Atra: Honestly their old building was wayyyy better. I was very underwhelmed when i went to the new location, felt so much smaller. It didn’t feel that spacious inside. Wont be returning and really annoying to have a 2 hour limit everytime. The ball pit area was nice, and also the toddler area but other than that…
